First time T-Mobile user, converted from Verizon. Came in, store was packed, all the employees were just helping out customers hard core, it was awesome to see. I was greeted promptly, asked a few questions to ensure the port over would be smooth, honestly, a super easy transition over. I was completely stunned. Verizon was... rough, when it came to CS, regardless of store, and this is for both Miami, FL and Columbia, MD, but T-Mobile and this store are really just insanely dedicated and sincerely special. 10/10. I don't see myself needing to go back to the store any time soon sadly, as everything works perfectly on my phone, but I can't wait to get my fiancee over too and et her phone upgraded on the next iPhone release cycle. This store is the one. It might be out of the way for some people, but it's 100% worth it. :) ~Max

Store was super busy. Lots of employees to help though. We asked the guy who cashed us out to add account info for points (which we found out wasn’t working afterwards) and said it’ll take an hour or so for the email to be sent & the receipt doesn’t have account info on it. He actually didn’t add the info and straight up lied instead of saying it wasn’t working. Very annoying! ~beyondTabu

I like this Costco location. It feels smaller than some of the other locations, but it was well stocked on a Sunday afternoon. I'll give credit where credit is due, they had the line moving. It only took me about 5 minutes in the self-checkout and the store was very busy. The parking lot was very full when I went in. I also peeked in the tire center and it did not seem to be very busy at 3:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon which is a plus. They had some delicious samples available when I went as well. Would return. Definitely the cheapest gas in the area ~cherry

Had tires rotated, balanced, etc but they lost 2 lug nuts and my custom flag valve cover on one of my tires. They replaced the lug nuts with regular nuts and the valve cover with a green one. Lug nuts are expensive and they refused to replace them. ~Zach

I would absolutely rate “0 stars” if possible. I waited an 1.5hrs for an oil change that I didn’t receive because they didn’t have the filter. This was never relayed to me while standing in their view during the entire duration of them “trying to figure out the filter situation”. The entire mechanical staff made lackluster excuses as to why it took so long to come to the conclusion, despite knowing the make and model and having access to the information as any auto-service provider has. I would avoid any type of service outside of tire mounting from this establishment and even that may be a stretch after encountering the staff. What makes this so ludicrous is that I keep a spare filter just in case, so this could’ve/should’ve been avoided after arriving and checking the vehicle in. Also, the waiting room is rather unattended to; hence me literally hovering around my vehicle and service desk. Truly deplorable experience. ~Dj

Didn't not get notified when photos were ready. Called and took me over 20 minutes to figure out if my pictures were ready. When I got photos they had been ready for days. ~Jasmine

I am not happy with this Loft Outlet at all. I have shopped at the Loft for 20 years and never had a problem. This store is only open from 11am to 6pm. these hours are horrible for the average person. The mall is open from 10am to 8pm so there is no need for the Loft Outlet to keep these hours. I placed an online order and checked the box to pick up at the Loft Outlet at Arundel Mills. I could not make it in for 3 days due to the horrible short hours they have. I went online and did a chat with Loft Outlet. I told them I would be in the next day as I had some time off and could they hold my item one more day. The lady on the chat said sure no problem. The next day I drove all the way and wasted my gas and got there right at 11am when they opened. They told me my item had been put back. They told me I would have to go home and reorder the item and come back to purchase. I was not happy about this. They were not friendly or courteous. No professionalism. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. I am disgusted with the Loft. I would never recommend this store to anyone!!!! ~Amy

WARNING! Avoid this place. They have very questionable business ethics. This place straight up swindled me. Long story short I bought a wedding ring during the pandemic when they weren't resizing rings and was told I could have it resized as soon as they were able. I point blank as asked them if there would be any issues with returning it to be resized. Came back and they just wanted me to buy a whole new ring and wouldn't do anything for me. Nothing. The clerk sold me a ring that didn't fit knowing it couldn't be resized because it had a carbon fiber band and bold faced lied to me so they could get the sale. Now I have a ring that's way to big to even wear. Essentially was just robbed by this place. ~Jay
