WARNING! Avoid this place. They have very questionable business ethics. This place straight up swindled me. Long story short I bought a wedding ring during the pandemic when they weren't resizing rings and was told I could have it resized as soon as they were able. I point blank as asked them if there would be any issues with returning it to be resized. Came back and they just wanted me to buy a whole new ring and wouldn't do anything for me. Nothing. The clerk sold me a ring that didn't fit knowing it couldn't be resized because it had a carbon fiber band and bold faced lied to me so they could get the sale. Now I have a ring that's way to big to even wear. Essentially was just robbed by this place.

I went into this store with basic expectations after just getting a zales credit card online and I must say I am disappointed. The customer service associates lack motivation in sales as they didn’t even try to assist me or extend other payment options when I saw an item that I was truly interested in. I went next door to Helzberg Diamonds and received above and beyond customer service and was able to purchase a $13,000 ring for $3500.00. At Helzberg I had not one but two associates assisting me and they worked in my favor so I could walk out with the item I never knew I would qualify for. Now, that’s customer service and sales!!

Before making any purchase of jewelry you must make sure you stop past Zales. There's something about their diamonds and jewelry that seems to shine a little brighter.

We sent a ring to have a stone re-set, and they sent it to the wrong jeweler location. On multiple attempts to find out the problem, the staff has been quite rude; and refused to give us an estimated period of time for our ring. This is my wife's engagement ring, and she has been very upset at the unprofessionalism of this entire branch. Please be cautious of services offered from here

I will not purchase any other jewelry from Zales at all. I purchased a ring for my daughter on 7/13/20 and was told that I could come back to pick it up on 7/27/20. We went back to the store on the 27th to learn that the store was closed “temporarily” and it had no contact information. My daughter and I had gone to the store a couple of times to see if it had been opened and they were still closed. I tried to call the customer service number on the 27th as well and no one answered. I completed the zales survey to show my disappointment and someone responded but still with no information. I started a chat with zales today, explained my situation and somehow after I explained it, the session was disconnected. I then called customer service, was on hold for 40 min only for someone to answer, me explain and then hear no response from them. I sat on the phone for over 5 more minutes and then they hung up. This is such bad business. I now will have to file a fraud claim to get my money back because of this. Zales is not a good place to purchase from, especially if they can’t inform their customers about their purchases. I wish I would have taken a picture of the sign that was left on the door along with all of the empty shelves. It would have shown how unprofessional they are.

if I could give less stars I would.... I recieved a beautiful pair of earings as a gift. I brought my pair of earrings into Zales in the Arundel mills mall to purchase more supportive backs, the sales associate made us wait for several minutes, then began fitting backs onto my earings and got one stuck, when attempting to remove it the needle broke off into the clasp. She made no attempt in assisting us afterwards or offer a recommendation in fixing them. Did not even apologize afterwards for ruining a pair of 100$ earrings... I couldn't believe the lack of compassion from the associate. I felt completely disrespected. Zales definitely lost any and all future business from myself in the future. Extremely disappointed

Still waiting at 10:20 am for them to open the doors to have my ring inspected to keep my warranty valid. They are supposed to open at 10am.
