I am not happy with this Loft Outlet at all. I have shopped at the Loft for 20 years and never had a problem. This store is only open from 11am to 6pm. these hours are horrible for the average person. The mall is open from 10am to 8pm so there is no need for the Loft Outlet to keep these hours. I placed an online order and checked the box to pick up at the Loft Outlet at Arundel Mills. I could not make it in for 3 days due to the horrible short hours they have. I went online and did a chat with Loft Outlet. I told them I would be in the next day as I had some time off and could they hold my item one more day. The lady on the chat said sure no problem. The next day I drove all the way and wasted my gas and got there right at 11am when they opened. They told me my item had been put back. They told me I would have to go home and reorder the item and come back to purchase. I was not happy about this. They were not friendly or courteous. No professionalism. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. I am disgusted with the Loft. I would never recommend this store to anyone!!!!

Really great outlet store with a large selection of office appropriate clothing, dresses, skirts, blouses, and accessories. The staff is really nice and allowed me to exchange some shorts I had gotten in the wrong size. Sales and prices are always really good at this location.

Was racially profiled in the store by another black employee, she literally followed my mom and I in the store. Whatever sectioned I went to she was right there watching. I Will most likely not come back.

Had the most wonderful experience by one of the workers there she was an absolute joy, Kierra I think her name was, Was buying some clothes for my girlfriend she made the experience easier. Would definitely return.

Always has a good selection and good deals... Not as good as the non outlet loft store but that's just how loft separates their clothes.

Great store and great deals, HOWEVER, despite it not being listed on any webpage or search engine that I have seen, the store is currently closed for renovations. I went today (July 1, 2016) and found the store boarded up with a sign saying they were renovating and would be back at the end of July. This is something that would have been extremely helpful to know as Arundel Mills is a fair distance from my home and the websites all announced opening and closing times like it was business at usual.
