This one at Towson is two levels and is massive. Very organized and kept. Minus one star because no matter how many times I have been here the lines are always long and slow and they never have more than two checkouts at a time.

Visited the H&M in Towson Mall. My first visit. First of all, I would like to commend the service and professionalism of the employees we interacted with. Very patient and polite, all three young gentlemen at the store. Prices were reasonable. We were shopping for our son. One of the guys even tried on the jacket for us, as he seemed pretty close to our son's size.

Took our daughter fall shopping. She found a lightweight jacket and several tops she loves. Could have had more fall choices and shorter lines. Cashiers could be friendlier, but they were very busy with long lines.

Not a terrible experience but some things were placed in the wrong section and almost the entire time I was there, I had to hear the loud personal conversation of the cashiers at the front of the store. I could hear them even though I was 100 feet away. I wish they would be a little more professional. The store was clean and nice looking, just a little unorganized.

This place is really nice. I do find a lot of bargains here. But I have found that the clothes are cut so big. Even the extra smalls I cut kind of bed. But I guess that’s the new style. But the store is always very organized and clean and they are always taking hygiene precautions and the staff is really nice and always helpful.

Great staff. Wish I knew the names because they were very helpful helping me find what I wanted. I usually don’t like shopping but she made it easy and fun. Then at 5:45 (closing at 6) they were the last store open in mall due to storm and the mall was empty and everyone was closing early, And when I thought I wanted to buy some thing else at the last minute they were still going to accommodate and let me come back in to get something else. Thank goodness they stayed open and didn’t close like everybody else because I would’ve been out of luck.
