Best womens clothing store in Baltimore, Maryland (MD) 2024

We were in line at Rainbow for almost an hour waiting to ring out. The Manager was on register and it was only 4 people ahead of us. At 1 o-clock a lady was leaving and another woman was watching the door. A gentleman came in at 1:30 and was trying to figure out where he was needed. The manager sent him to get boxes. At this point my daughter was like forget it and we dropped everything. So, in a 45 min the manage was only able to check out 2 people. During that time we were in line 3 other people came up behind us. If I could give zero stars I would. My Daughter who is only 17 said ”Why say something look where we are.” Additionally, my daughter stated “She looked like she didn’t want to be there. It’s Mondawmin Mall. They won’t do anything.” On top of that the store look like a flea market. ~Shelley

This was my very time shopping here, I was really impressed. Brought some great buys @ amazing prices. I didn't want to go over my budget, I certainly have a reason to go back at another time. I would definitely recommend Gabe's to family and friends, everyone is looking to save in one way or another. ~Carolyn

I love DTLR and this particular store has a decent inventory. The shoe selection is always on point, they typically have the newest sneakers. The main issue is they so often have a " We'll be back soon" sign up, today I waited about 55 minutes for them to return (about 2 to 3 pm). Other days I have just left. They will also very often close early. I would not advise anyone to order a product online to be picked up at this store, all three times I have done it I had to call the main DTLR number to get them to call the local store. Each time I kept waiting for my pickup email for days after it's arrived at the store but they just never want to scan it in or whatever they have to do. It's a Hassel but I have had nothing but success when I pick up an online order at the Mount Clare DTLR. So I would give 4 stars for selection/ products but 1 for customer service and availability. Shoe City across the street has excellent customer service!!! ~Beka
