I love DTLR and this particular store has a decent inventory. The shoe selection is always on point, they typically have the newest sneakers. The main issue is they so often have a " We'll be back soon" sign up, today I waited about 55 minutes for them to return (about 2 to 3 pm). Other days I have just left. They will also very often close early. I would not advise anyone to order a product online to be picked up at this store, all three times I have done it I had to call the main DTLR number to get them to call the local store. Each time I kept waiting for my pickup email for days after it's arrived at the store but they just never want to scan it in or whatever they have to do. It's a Hassel but I have had nothing but success when I pick up an online order at the Mount Clare DTLR. So I would give 4 stars for selection/ products but 1 for customer service and availability. Shoe City across the street has excellent customer service!!!

I used to absolutely love this location. But not anymore. Not only am I not greeted when I walk into the establishment, but the associates totally ignore me when I ask for help. After today, I’m completely done with this location. Avoid this location at all cost.

Worst dtlr on Lexington st. Went there several times and they were closed with sign in window saying be back shortly.

By far, this is one of my favorite place to shop to buy shoes clothes and etcetera. Even though it's located urban area downtown right across the street from Lexington Market where there is crime and fiends above all this is a good place to shop 4 top of the line sneakers, hoodies and designer tees.
