I would absolutely rate “0 stars” if possible. I waited an 1.5hrs for an oil change that I didn’t receive because they didn’t have the filter. This was never relayed to me while standing in their view during the entire duration of them “trying to figure out the filter situation”. The entire mechanical staff made lackluster excuses as to why it took so long to come to the conclusion, despite knowing the make and model and having access to the information as any auto-service provider has. I would avoid any type of service outside of tire mounting from this establishment and even that may be a stretch after encountering the staff. What makes this so ludicrous is that I keep a spare filter just in case, so this could’ve/should’ve been avoided after arriving and checking the vehicle in. Also, the waiting room is rather unattended to; hence me literally hovering around my vehicle and service desk. Truly deplorable experience.

I literally wish I could give 0 stars. This place is so unorganized. Scheduled an appointment over a week ago and ordered new tires to be shipped to the store. My appointment was for 12 noon on a Sunday. I arrive and the person at the desk tells me they cant start my car until 1pm due to only having 1 tech and waiting for the 2nd tech to arrive at 1. She asked me if that was ok. I said fine and allowed her to check me in. I went back to sit in my car and wait until closer to 1 but at 12:20 I was called saying they had to cancel me because the 1 tech had an emergency and had to leave. Soo what happened to the other tech. This was a total waster of time. I had to load the tires in my car and find another place to put them on for a higher price. I understand things happen but why not call me before 12 and let me know not to come. I asked to speak with a manager but waited for 20 mins and no one showed up. I'm beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with how this went. All of this could have been prevented.

They are short staffed but if you come around 9 and have either the technicians t or Kevin the older black guy with the baldhead you will get out in a timely manner. The service writers are very respectable and straight to the point kinda people

I had an overall very positive experience at this Walmart auto care. I had called around to a few different Auto Care Centers and kept being told I needed an appointment, which would be weeks down the line. I just so happened to stop by this Arundel Mills Walmart and was immediately taken care of. I first went on a Saturday afternoon. They had me in and out in under 2 hours and there were a few cars ahead of me. I ended up going back the next day, on a Sunday to replace my other two tires. And the place was empty. They had me in and out in 45 minutes flat. Highly recommend

My first visit was horrible, I had purchased 4 tires and had them installed, balanced, and rotated at the tire center. I got home and notice one of my wheels did not belong to my Honda but to a Toyota. I was inconvenienced and had to drive back. By a miracle they still had my correct wheel rim. My most recent visit, I had purchased again 4 tires for my Ford and made an appointment for installation, balancing, and rotation. I asked them to check the tire sensor and replace them since my warning light was illuminated. They failed to check my sensors and my vehicle was returned squeaking. Upon arriving home, I discovered my lug nuts were not secured. My step dad tightened then for me. The squeaky is still there but I plan on taking my vehicle to pep Boys. Walmart tire service center will NEVER touch or even see my cars ever again.

By far the worst Walmart Auto Care Center in existence. Associates have extremely low morale, always understaffed, and when they are staffed, you’ll be refused assistance/ignored while the whole pit crew is on a smoke break for 30 mins. If I were you, don’t waste your time.

This place is a joke I call for 3 days in a row n nobody ever answers the phone. That goes for the main line too. Then I get here at 830 which last time I checked they opened at 830 now im here it says 8am but there not checking anyone in till 9. I'm so confused and frustrated why is this happening. I'll find another place to go. They have officially lost my business. There's no coming back.

What a joke! I didn't even make it to the store. I called to see if I needed an appt. to change my headlight and taillight. I was told that I had to walk in and then they don't know if the tech. would be able to take off my bulb. Huh? I let them know that my car is not uncommon so could she please ask the tech if this could be done to save me an unnecessary trip. She told me that all of the techs were too busy... to answer a question ⁉️ I then asked her that if I come how long would I have to wait. She told me 3 hours!!!! This to possibly find out that the tech may not know how to take off the bulb. Again... What a joke. The wrong person is answering the phones.

Got 4 new tires pretty quick. There Was an error with my order being cancelled but was resolved upon my visit. The guy at the register with the locs was very helpful! Thanks again!

I bought 4 tires from Walmart online that were to be delivered and installed at Hanover store. After 4 trips to the store, I finally got an appointment . And during the appointment, the tech told me that she can not take off the lug nuts because they do not fit her tools. And I need to take the car somewhere else, have the nuts removed and come back to get my tires installed. This is the Dumbest reason that I heard from any tech. I asked them why they can't do something that any roadside tech could do.. the staff just left without answering. I took the tires, and had them installed in a workshop on my way home, without any issue.
