Sadly it's hard to find wide shoes. When the staff person saw my sad face they directed me to some wide options I had overlooked. Much appreciated but not my style. I will try again.

We were the only people in the store and when waiting to check out, it seemed we were a bother for the girl working the register.

I was greeted when I arrived. But no one asked me if I needed help or anything. I came in with three others in my party. We all left without buying anything.

The store was not that busy when we came in, maybe 3 customers in total and not once w as s I greeted or asked if I needed help. Very upset with the pretty much terrible service and will never revisit this store. I travel to this area very frequently and so do a lot of people I know and we all know talk can hurt a place so shape it up.

The girls at the checkout counter were to busy discussing other topics that I practically checked myself out. After the one girl scanned my purchase, she stood there talking. After about two minutes I said " Um... am o supposed to do something". The return comment was a quick look at me, she then pressed a button on the register, went back to talking about other "things". I stood there again for a while... I then said, should I insert my card.. Again, another look and then she pressed a button and continued to talk. I waited and said again... Do I insert my card now. She then pressed something and said yes and press the receipt button. So I did that. After a moment she handed me the receipt while still talking. I said thank you and have a nice day.... She didn't even say anything to me... She just kept talking to here coworker like I wasn't there!!! I actually had a question about the bogo buy one get one half off sale.... But she never paid me any mind. I was hoping to buy more than one pair of sneakers... O well 😔...

The service is great, they don't keep a good stock in at all. I have went in there twice I the past two weeks for a pair of converse and both times never had my size.
