Staff is incredibly rude. Yesterday, they closed the drive thru over over 15 minutes early and i saw them tell the customers after me who were knocking at the door to go through the drive thru, even with the cones blocking it thay they had just put there. Today, I made a human mistake of ordering from the Courthouse location (a better location anyway). I knocked at the door and they all ignored me rudely. I walked to the window, and when the lady opened the door she was yelling at us very nastily. She kept trying to scroll through my phone receipt without asking me, which I told her to stop, and then they screamed at us that the courthouse location is down the street. Also, their Google hours are completely incorrect. If you're going to close your store at 4pm every day, please don't write "closing at 4pm today" and leave your Google hours up. Merry Christmas. Definitely would not wanna work with this crew. They have a help wanted sign out front... wonder why. Update: we made it to the Courhouse Starbucks location and it is SO MUCH NICER. The people are friendly as heck and they have a mobile walk up order window!! Take a lesson, Rio Grande! ~Melissa

Quality specialty coffee at a value price! Def happy to get a 1/2 lb of fresh beans for under $8. Below market value and extremely fair. Great baristas / service as well. Enjoyable vibe and plenty of options to drink. ~Matt

Incredible service from service manager Joe earlier today! Showed up unannounced to get pricing on 2 tires for my 2005 Ford Focus. Entry level option was only $52.00 each. A different tire shop wanted to charge me $170.00 each. Holy smokes what savings! Two hours later I’m out the door with 4 new tires installed for only $300.00 total. Not sure why the overall rating is so low for this location. Definitely give them a try!!! ~Jon

The pizza was undercooked, and cold. The cheese was not melted. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were cooked perfectly. I would not advise anyone to order pizza from here. I tried to call over 5 times to speak to the manager and the call center kept picking up and transferring me to the manager whom never picked up the phone. Such a waste of money. ~Antwanette

I was a little apprehensive going to a new salon and stylist but as soon as I got there Cherise welcomed me and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was so happy with the results of my color, cut and style! Such a great experience!! ~Caroline

The girls at the checkout counter were to busy discussing other topics that I practically checked myself out. After the one girl scanned my purchase, she stood there talking. After about two minutes I said " Um... am o supposed to do something". The return comment was a quick look at me, she then pressed a button on the register, went back to talking about other "things". I stood there again for a while... I then said, should I insert my card.. Again, another look and then she pressed a button and continued to talk. I waited and said again... Do I insert my card now. She then pressed something and said yes and press the receipt button. So I did that. After a moment she handed me the receipt while still talking. I said thank you and have a nice day.... She didn't even say anything to me... She just kept talking to here coworker like I wasn't there!!! I actually had a question about the bogo buy one get one half off sale.... But she never paid me any mind. I was hoping to buy more than one pair of sneakers... O well 😔... ~Lance

Honestly, for everyone near by, don’t go here. They are a waste of time. I don’t complaint easily. But it was unexceptable how they are located where there are many hispanics and they don’t have a single hispanic working there. My parents dont speak spanish they had to call me to communicate with them. There was a lady working there who you could listen that she didn’t have the mood to even work there. She seem racist and no help. As a member of the T-Mobile team she was useless and didn’t even know how to change the language of the phone as well as the manager. Idiots. They were both rude. And if IPhone 13 pro didnt work over seas why is it being sold over seas. If you dont like your job go find another one. 👍🏼 I will also be contacting T-Mobile to file a complaint request i have been a member for more than 10 years and i will not allow this behavior to continue from lazy people ~Alba
