Still cannot believe that the store lost an 80.00 sale , went there on Mother’s Day my mom wanted a new look for her bedroom down the shore & at check out we noticed some dirt marks on the bedspread so I asked for a small discount in case it didn’t come out in the wash , the cashier said we r not responsible for what people do to products , I said I understand that however wasn’t asking for much 5 maybe 10 % off she said NO , well it all stayed at the store , I really don’t think it would have put the store out of business .

If ppl of any race spend money in this store is due respect to even give u business don't make us feel like ur racist when we are spending green money all blood is the same color but Karen and alot of the employees are rude if u need assistance they act like it's a issue just to help u touch up on the attitude cause I can have one back at u...yes I'm petty too and will put u in ur place respectfully...

Manager named Karen here is a REAL "Karen." Extremely rude and mean woman. Thinks she is God's gift to retail. Has a very prominent bald spot. Used racial slurs in the back room. Smiles in your face but all the while thinking mean thoughts. Typical burnt out retail manager.

We supported this ross through CORONA, through Sept 11 , and every year. You are obligated to ask the right questions to get to the root cause of the misunderstanding. New managers are unreasonable. We spend 1 thousand dollars every time we shop here. I been shopping here over 2 decades, never had a problem. Sept. 2021 one register was open, and alot of staff was present. police had to be called . After asking if another cash register can be opened, we were told to get out. Very unprofessional new manager told us due to covid they have no staff. Ok no problem but ross called police and lost 1 thousand dollars that night , also we dont want to support this ross any more.

Listen to this, Legit the worst. I bought a xs skirt and I had a fire drill at school, the skirt was wide open! Extremely embarrassing!!! Evreyone could see my underwear!!Can’t even describe how horrible it was. I had to hold the skirt together the whole day and it was just one side. It was multiple open areas. I bet I could buy a better one anywhere. Horrible.

Great location. Awesome prices and clearance items. Name brands. Fitting room was open. Mask mandate lifted for fully vaccinated folks. Cashiers could've been friendlier.
