My father has become ill recently & took care of all my car troubles for me. The gentleman who helped me here were so understanding & not demeaning!!! They didn’t realize them doing their job with kindness helped me in so many other ways!!! 10/10

Went in for some tires. Price quoted was better than any I already had. Took car in late next day as agreed but they had a glitch w availability so I had to leave car overnight. They put better tires on at less than the original quote. Don't hesitate to have work done here!

Didn’t have an appointment but called ahead around 12p and dropped my car off. They were able to quickly change/mount/balance a new wheel in about 2 hours. I was already impressed they could take care of this the same day, but since I left it, I thought I wouldn’t have my car back until closing - fast and friendly people!

Always hesitant about corporate car shops but this place has the efficiency of corporate with the customer service and personality of a mom a pop (mount laurel, nj location) I worked with Coby at this location and he went above and beyond to help me out, and it was a Sunday. Will definitely be using this shop for my car needs Thanks guys

I went there for the AC fix and replacement of water fluid tank. Everything was nice including their behavior. They changed the sensor that was causing the fan to keep rotating either ON or OFF, that was fix. PAID for everything. Guess what??? AC still doesn’t work. Wasted my $500+ , i don’t recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks!

Tires Plus was the worst experience I have ever had. Poor customer service & poor mechanics. I had 4 new tires put on my car & an alignment done at an appointment made for 1pm. I didn't get a call until 5:40pm to tell me my car was done & the place closes at 6pm. I know it does not take that many hours to do this service. After picking up my car, the tire pressure light came on and my car now pulls to the right when driving. I call the place to get a run around to bring the car back. At their convenience, I get to bring my car in, a week after my appointment date to get corrected. I tried calling the corporate number but didn't get a resolve from that. I do not recommend them! I would not use this place again. They try to nickel and dime extra devices that are not needed. It was recommended that I get a new battery after I just replaced it a few months ago somewhere else. Charged me for high mileage oil on an oil change when I did not ask for it. Guy I dealt with was nice enough but I do not believe this is an honest business. This was my third time there and was definitely my last. Service: Oil change

Always friendly and quick service, but the value is just not there and I feel as though they haven't been entirely honest with me. I've brought my car in three times in the past six months all because of some shake in the steering wheel. By their recommendation, I've had the front struts replaced, a new tire, a new motor mount, and this time new front breaks/calipers (all totalling ~$2,800). Parts are usually about 2-3x more expensive than you'd find them at any auto parts store which isn't unheard of. This most recent instance, they offered to take a few extra bucks off because it had been the third or fourth time I'd come in for the same problem, which was generous of them. But come time to pay, I found out they had quoted me on the phone the price without sales tax, and only applied the $25 coupon that was on there anyway, leaving me paying more than I was even told on the phone (pre discount). I've been a repeat customer primarily out of convenience and because it's a nice group of people that work there but I probably won't be returning.

My lady took her car in for a tire leak and she end getting a 2800$ estimate! It became suspicious when she realized that most of the recommended repairs were already performed in the past year (spark plugs, fluid flushed and wipers) plus she did not experience any drivebility symptoms that would justify lower control arm replacement, recommended by thus guys! Needles to say that they suggested 4 new tires saying that the leak can not be fixed! Tires are at 6/32 a the nail was right in the middle.. We decided to take the vehicle to a factory dealer for a second opinion and a safety inspection! It wasn't a huge surprise when our suspicious were confirmed and the ONLY THING the vehicle need it was a tire patch .. It's a relatively low millage nissan with all the maintenance up to date. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! By far our worst experience ever with a mechanic shop
