“Thank you for calling. How can I make your day brighter” was how I was created by Bob when calling about my 2013 Ford Explorer.
I had a list of issues when I brought my truck in. My serpentine belt made a noise when wet, a check engine light(I looked up the code) that could have been 1 of 4 things, and an issue with my suspension.
I spent a day looking up all the possible problems. I had convinced myself that this would be painful and expensive. Most online estimates had repairs north of $1100. Bob called me back that afternoon and explained my issues. All were the best case scenario(financially)
During the COVID outbreak, when businesses were hurting for customers. Bob choose honesty and integrity over higher profits. I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here for service and repair. ~Wayne
