It's practically impossible to get a human being on the phone. Many times the IVR system misunderstands the reason for the call. Utterly frustrating.

Went to this location 2 weeks ago because I was getting billed for 2 lines on my account when I only have one line. The associate spent 30 minutes going through my account then told me everything was taken care of. Today I get charged for 2 lines and my bill was even higher than before..

I don't even know where to begin because everything about this company is sub-par and a head ache to deal with! You have to go thru hoops to get a live person on the phone, my bill keeps increasing for the same channels that plays nothing but repeats. This company makes me regret moving to South Jersey because North Jersey has Verizon with live people customer service. I CAN NOT WAIT FOR VERIZON TO BE AVAILABLE IN MY AREA!!!

It has been year after year with nothing but problems with this company. From the actual service itself to the customer service (or lack there of) including the phone system to even get someone on the phone to ask a basic question. I honestly could not think of a worse company on the planet. The only reason they are still in business is because it is basically a monopoly. We have no other choice of service where I'm located or I would be long gone. Currently I'm on hold with the main corporation when all I need is to call a local store of theirs to ask if they have an item in stock. Its now 20 minutes of trying to navigate the phone system to get a person. I would like nothing more than this company to go out of business. If I could give them negative stars, it would be in the millions.

I LOVE ME SOME RAY HONEY!!! All jokes aside, he’s a phenomenal person and made the whole experience worth an in-store visit. I was in and out within 20 minutes and not once did the staff shun me or my 2 year old for me letting her run around. So I’m extremely appreciative of that. Thanks again guys! -Brianna

I've been here two times and both were underwhelming. First time the staff member refused to give a newer remote and said they were only door DVRs which isn't true. 2nd time was today and the guy was pretty rude. unfriendly and sarcastic

Talk about great customer service. Walked in with a broken remote and they literally handed me a new one...no questions asked. In and out in five seconds. So much better than waiting a week for one to get shipped. Staff was very friendly.
