No one knows how to multitask here. All set up like your buying a car but leaving out the part making you feel welcomed. Your awkwardly standing close to the door waiting on just two men in this big huge store. The set up is more of the two workers to feel at home then your actual customers.

Stopped in to upgrade my phone on a whim. I am always nervous about this as I am not a tech savvy person. I had Jason Miller assisting me. He is very professional and knows the products inside and out. He did not pressure me at all, explained every detail and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I felt so comfortable and pleased with the service I was receiving, I ended up upgrading my daughters phone as well. I highly recommend Mr. Miller to anyone that needs a phone or an upgrade!!!

While our salesman was knowledgeable and personable I couldn’t help but feel taken when I got home and looked at the itemized receipt. $40 to transfer to new phone, $35 activation fee, all of the “extras” case, screen cover, charger at least double or triple what I could order online. The phone I wanted was supposedly out of stock so I had to get one that was almost double a month. Shame on me for falling into the trap. After being with Verizon for 16 years it’s time to move on. Overpriced and nickel and dimed. I needed a phone right away for work and made the mistake of going there.

Gary Levin is very patient and was quick to diagnose my lack of technical skills. He took charge and swapped the data from my old phone and made what I thought was going to be a painful process very easy. Gary was so thorough, he followed-up and called me two days later because at the time of the swap, I did not have all my passwords handy. I experienced great sales and customer service. I’m one happy customer.

I have to tell you out of all the places I have been....SINCE cell phones were invented LOL and I have been through the experience over many years with many different companies as I grew up and the ones who ran the stores when you went in. The other day was the most perfect experience I could ever expect from anyone his name is .....Jason Miller Backtracking just a minute I came in with my adopted mother who has Health complications he was not only attentive to her needs....he was kind,caring, willing to explain how things worked to her, set it all up....EVEN had a trainee and still never lost focus & he sold the perfect package to me, saved money, thorough. professionalism,

Jason was terrific. He suggested calling Verizon because if multiple problems with my IPhone 13. After a terrible experience with Verizon representatives on the phone, they sent me a new phone. I went back to the Somers Point store and saw Jason who transferred everything over to my new phone. He was patient and very knowledgeable. A true pleasure!!

Ronnie gave was extremely patient with me. I bought an Apple Watch from him and he helped me set up the watch and helped me reset my apple passcode. He went way above and beyond for me. Senior citizens will appreciate his courtesy and detailed patience with all this new technology that seems to give us all trouble. Give this man a raise!

I've been going to the Verizon store in Somers Point for over 15 years now and I have to say my experience with Ronnie Rankine has far exceeded anything I had hoped for. Ronnie is very very detailed, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. So much so we just asked him if he ever plans on changing stores!

I had a wonderful experience buying my phone because of the honest and professionalism shown by my rep, Ronnie Rankine. I came in looking to just replace my iPhone and am walking out with the iPhone 11, an Apple Watch series 7and an iPad 9th gen.
