I didn't know where else to post a review. I'm not actually a Bank of America customer, but my Mother in Law was. We are now attempting to set up an Estate account. It's been a crazy process, and today when going into the Somers Point location we were holding our breath. No one likes to have to do this stuff, and the experience with someone over the phone and through email with the Estate department was less than satisfactory. However, today we could not have been more impressed with the level of service we were provided. Reina (I hope I spelled that correctly) was just fabulous. And her manager was so accommodating. Do we have to go back? Yes, but at least we aren't dreading it, and are actually looking forward to seeing them again. Thank you so much for helping us through an incredibly difficult process! ~Christina
