I didn't know where else to post a review. I'm not actually a Bank of America customer, but my Mother in Law was. We are now attempting to set up an Estate account. It's been a crazy process, and today when going into the Somers Point location we were holding our breath. No one likes to have to do this stuff, and the experience with someone over the phone and through email with the Estate department was less than satisfactory. However, today we could not have been more impressed with the level of service we were provided. Reina (I hope I spelled that correctly) was just fabulous. And her manager was so accommodating. Do we have to go back? Yes, but at least we aren't dreading it, and are actually looking forward to seeing them again. Thank you so much for helping us through an incredibly difficult process! ~Christina

I travel here because it is by far the best Acme around. The produce is fresh the people are nice and the shelves are always stocked with what you need. I highly recommend this Acme keep up the good work. ~Nonya

Worst service ever, As a property management business I thought I was doing the teller a favor by leaving over 24 deposits saying I'll stop back for them, When I came back they were not complete I said well just finish up while I wait and her response was that's what happens when you leave and come back, so from now on I will stand there for 40min holding up a line with one teller!! Worst customer service EVER ~shrshot

The fries usually come out crispy But they are stingy when you give them coupons... My Large fries was barely filled one time... I paid for 3 medium fries and they only gave me two, because I had used a free sandwich coupon.. I had to wait too but they didn't give me everything? Food good, check your bag. They try to rob you ~Tyler

No one knows how to multitask here. All set up like your buying a car but leaving out the part making you feel welcomed. Your awkwardly standing close to the door waiting on just two men in this big huge store. The set up is more of the two workers to feel at home then your actual customers. ~jessica

I would highly recommend Point Auto Repair to anyone! My 17 year old daughter’s car was experiencing issues while in Ocean City. The mechanics at Point Auto squeezed her in, to check her vehicle, and got her back on the road safely. The kindness, concern and professionalism I encountered at this location is nothing short of amazing! I very rarely leave feedback, but I felt it was so warranted in this particular instance. Honest Auto Repair Shop! I was out of town on vacation on OC NJ when my car broke down. I had it towed to Auto Tech after hours without any notification. I was able to leave my key in their overnight drop box. I spoke with Brendan next morning and explained my situation as I live 70 miles away. They ran a troubleshooting scan and suggested that I take it to an Audi dealer. Tony and Brendan were so helpful through out the day as I was getting it towed again to the dealer even knowing that were not making any money off of me. I can't share any mechanical experience but I can assure you that they are honest and very helpful! ~joe
