Went in to get a prepaid sim, after taking far longer than was promised it would take, just before I went to pay the salesperson said “oh I forgot to mention there is an extra $30 fee”, in the process of trying to get it waved, another person walked in the store and the salesperson went and started to serve them. I walked out in disgust. Avoid this place if you want good customer service.

Scam scam scam Do not go there Manager worser than employees They all nice to you until you buy the phone with them. They scam me with phones they charge me 20$ for activation fee but my phone wasn’t activated i had to activate through the Verizon. They are a third party not a corporate. Verizon if you call with issue customer service they will tell you that they are a third party and they can’t do anything they won’t help you. When I confronted them they scammed me and show them all the proof they kicked me out from the store she literally yelled at me. I been with Verizon for years after this experience I’m canceling them. If you smart enough do not fall into their tricks. I will call them their main office and complain. Their manager she is white blonde lady she didn’t even gave her exact name. I would love to speak with someone higher and let them know that they are loosing customers because of them so unprofessional.
