Yesterday I went to the T Mobile store at Livingston mall and was helped by both Dalia and Gabriella. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of service that each of them provided. I came to activate my new phone, which involved me transferring all the information from my old phone to the new one. When I say this was a tedious task, it was a tedious task! I was there until the store closed. But Dalia was so kind and patient throughout the process. She provided the support I needed and also offered some great tips for how to effectively use my new phone! I couldn’t have been more grateful. Gabriella is also very attentive to customers’ needs and ensuring that they get the best deal possible. Because of her, I did not get overcharged for something on my bill. I highly recommend this store location, in particular, Gabriella and Dalia. If you are set up with either of them, know that you’ll be in good hands. Thanks again!!

If I can give 0 star I will give it in this store. I been tmobile customer for a while and this is the 1st time experience such a bad customer service. The lady who said she is the store manager is very rude, she will not allow you to enter in the store if you are not going to buy anything. If you are going to claim the freebies in tmobile Tuesday she will let you wait outside the store.

Gabriella, the nice young woman waiting on me couldn’t have been nicer. She made a very long wait due to long hold on times to change my account, very pleasant. The shop had a very pleasant and professional staff. I would highly recommend T Mobile to all. Often these shops have staff who barely care whether the customer is happy or not. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you!!

Great guys! They helped me to set up a new line so quickly. It is impossible you get the same services with other service providers in the area because I have visited all of them! Alex is a great guy, and he did everything he can do for me in 10 minutes and I admire his patient. Jamal is also supported. Thanks to you guys. Appreciate to your professianalism and customer care.

Blanca is the best! My son's phone wasn't working and I didnt know what to do. Before I went to her I went to another tmobile store on Main st in Orange and they refused to help me. I was told "we don't do that here". She did what tmobile tech support AND samsung couldn't do!! Give her a promotion!!! From now on her store is the only tmobile store I'll be going to!!

Bad service they Kik you out before the closing time. Not the right way to treat customers I have been using their service since 5 years. Staff is not supportive they just want to go home. Please don’t visit t mobile on Morris plains the one opposite to kohl’s.

I've come into this store twice with complicated things having to do with my phone, and the store reps are so helpful. Both times I had broken my phone and needed to get an old phone to work with my SIM card, which they helped me with, then they also helped me start the claim process with my assurant insurance claim. They spend so much time with you and are so knowledgeable. This last time I came in, specifically Enock and Shawnie helped me so much- changing my sim card to another phone, working on getting that phone working, helping me with my assurant claim, and being very patient and helpful.

Beware! The workers try to rip you off and they lie every chance they get to coerce you into buying a new phone. They cannot be trusted. I went there to have my phone troubleshot since it wouldn't charge. The guy in the store didn't bother troubleshooting my phone. Instead he told me it was nothing that they can do and that I have to buy a new phone. I went to Verizon because I was about to switch if I had to buy a new phone after already paying my perfectly working phone off. Verizon immediately started troubleshooting my phone and found that I just needed a new charger smh. Shame on T-Mobile.
