Worst testing site. Dosed myself up w/coffee and Advil to drive there. Had all my ids ,paper copy of confirmation. No cars there but Waited, finally helped but then waited 25minutes, to b told computer was not working. Got myself home back in bed. Gonna email corporate.

A person name JAMES was very mean to me,I am a immigrant and I couldn’t understand what he said,when he asked me full of birthday date,so I gave the month and day,so he asked me again,but this time on bad tone,so I gave,when I gave he said THIS is a complete birthday information,in the bad tone again.I said wowww,so he said He didn’t found the profile.I asked for him to look by last name and he said no,I asked again,finally he found,than he asked me the full address and I gave.I go there all the time and I NEVER had a problem.I guess he doesn’t like my immigrant accent and treat me with disrespect,and discrimination,talks on top of me when I try to talk!!CVS must look that,bc it’s racist and I am very upset they way he treat me!!!

WORST TESTING SITE EVER. I waited ONE HOUR in the drive through for my test, when there were only 1 person/car in front of me. I filled all info, including insurance which was filled out online already. They just keep saying, ‘one second’ over and over again only to come back 20 mins later. It took another 20 mins to look up my information and they were still lost. Eventually I had to leave for my son’s appointment without getting tested. They didn’t even cancel the appointment for me, so I couldn’t go to another cvs to get tested the same day. I’ve gone through Covid tests several times and this is absolutely the worst experience ever. Unbelievable.

This location is bad managed. I visited this location on Sunday to return some items. I asked the cashier if I should left my returned items to her, So these returned item won’t be mixed with any new purchase. Cashier acted surprised with my question and told me to wait on the check in line. As I walked my way to the line, I heard loud laugh from a customer and this cashier. Customer was mocking me try to cut the line, while this cashier didn’t correct her but laughed with her. There were other cashier at the register also, they did nothing but to let this customer mocking me. I was doing my diligent to let cvs known about the return items, instead I got insulted while none of the cvs member act their duty. As an minority I have experienced many experiences like this in cvs. This is one of my bad experiences. #cvs #cvsdiscrimination #cvsracistmanagement

the pm shift staff was very helpful the girl at the counter called someone to watch the counter while she help me find a special razor and she also search in the back of the house I highly recommend this CVS plenty of parking to

The good... very helpful looking for product... The Bad... Racist!!! 2 women enter the store with very small dogs in their arms, one black one white.. The manager, because she had no name tag nor did she have on a uniform like the other employees helps black women with dog look for product. She sees dog and says nothing. She could not locate product requested and immediately leaves. After a few minutes manager returns to black women asking "does the dog have papers!" Women replies "service animals are not required by law to have papers." Manager says her statement again and women says her statement again. Eventually manager says "oh it's a service dog?" Then walks away befuddled. Women questions if the white women was asked if her dog had papers and the manager said "NO!' Then lies and says the women left the store when in fact the women was still in the store with her pet not her service animal. Sad Sad Sad world it is to be racially profiled in a store that stands for Customer Value Store. This store deserves no stars. Hope they treat their employees better than the customer. #cvs #cvsdiscrimination #cvsracistmanagement

The store is well stocked. The pharmacy on the other hand never has my medication when I order it. Anticipate your customer's needs.
