I ordered a gift for my mother's birthday, with delivery to her home on my mother's birthday. She did not receive the item on her birthday. The store was closed by the time I realized it wasn't delivered. The call center told me it was likely out for delivery even though the store was closed. It was not. It was delivered the next day with a tag on the package that clearly said delivery on the date of my mother's birthday. Not a great look when you confirm delivery date and take my money but don't deliver the items on time.

NO STARS, I didn’t read the reviews until I came to post a review. Personalized greeting card message messed up due to ink from the printer. Yet it was paid for, 3 balloons came with the birthday package that I ordered yet they weren’t delivered. The purpose of me ordering the bundle was to have the 3 birthday balloons to highlight the gift. I called right away before 5pm to bring this to their attention yet instead I waited on hold for 11 mins and then another 20 mins talking to a customer service representative. I was also asked to send proof and I did. I spent over 150.00 on an arrangement wasted time on the phone and they messed up my order and I have to send proof. How dare they???????? Never again. Never Ever AGAIN

Safe yourself the trouble & order from a different Edible Arrangements! I placed an order on January 26th for delivery the same day. The delivery wasn’t made until January 27th. I checked the status of it over & over with no updates. Come to find out my sister never received it on the 27th. Call the store on the 28th to see what was going on. She left me on hold for at least 10 mins while I was waiting for the proof of delivery picture to be emailed to me. Once I finally received it we discovered it was delivered to the wrong house on the 27th not the 26th like I placed the order for. The house it was delivered to wasn’t even on my sister’s street! She made zero effort to correct the problem that day or even the next. She said she would resend the delivery on the 31st because of the snow that was supposed to be coming on the 29th. My sister did finally receive on the 31st 5 days she was supposed to receive it! I received no reimbursement of delivery fee or anything for this huge mess! Go elsewhere!!

Don't make the mistake I've made never order from here. They don't even answer calls, I placed an order over 200 dollars in weeks prior and it's 7pm my order is still not here. Cant call anyone because their stores are closed.Save yourself the headache and money.

WARNING -False advertisement. I order a chocolate Dipped indulgance that was supposed to come with a box of chocolates for Valentine's. Upon pick up my order had no chocolates. After a long conversation with the lady at the counter(Rude Lady) she said I don't know that's what you order end of story. On the website they now have chocolate Dipped indulgance with a bolloons for $84.00 and the fruits look brown 🤬

I received a delivery today from my Daughter. I was so happy she had me in her thoughts. However, I never told her the flowers were half dead. If you did not have fresh flowers the order should have been delayed. I will never order anything from this store. My phone call was never returned. I gave two stars because the fruit was fresh.

Twice now I’ve had a poor experience receiving a fruit arrangement from this store. Last time I consistently received mixed messages about my arrangement being delivered to me and then being told I would need to come pick it up; every time I came in to pick it up the workers had no idea what I was talking about and told me to wait for delivery only to be called by the store a day later asking me to come in to pick it up. It took days for my arrangement to finally be handed over. This time the same family member sent me a edible arrangement, to celebrate some really special news, from this store again that arrived past the promised delivery time frame (by one day) and the fruit went moldy very quickly. I called twice (and left voicemails with call back information) asking for a call back to rectify this situation by either refunding my family member or re-doing the arrangement. I never heard back from anyone which was very disappointing and it’s been 24 hours since the last call. I’ve asked my relative to not use this store anymore due to these two separate delivery issues that were not resolved by this branch.

Definitely will NOT be ordering from this location ever again!! My mother just recently lost her best friend to cancer. With me being over 780+ miles away from her, I can't 100% provide her instant comfort. So my little sisters and I decided that we should send her something to let her know we are thinking of her. Placed an order for a small edible arrangements and waited to get confirmation if it could be delivered today. I heard nothing. About an hour goes by after my order and I ask one of my little sisters to give them a call. An associate told her that the order was prepared they just needed to wait for a driver and they'd give us a call when it's been sent out. We were all happy that it was getting ready to be delivered until another hour goes by and we heard nothing. Called several times and no one would answer the phone. By 8th call they finally pick up and the manager tells us that the order was never made and it won't be delivered!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I placed the order 3 hours ago!!! My sister asked why did we not get a call we would've changed it to pick up and had a friend pick it up for us. The manager just shrugged it off and said that they can't make it now, they close in an hour! I would've been okay if they called me back and told me that unfortunately they can't get it delivered today and offered to reschedule. No, they were just going to let my order sit and just not make it at all! I am beyond furious with them. They have no common curtesy to call their customers and offer an alternative or a refund. NEVER AGAIN!

i ordered a fruit platter to be delivered to my friend for her birthday. unfortunately she would not be home past 6pm and the platter still hadn't been delivered. this location doesn't answer the phone nor returns your call if one has an issue. i called several times and left voicemails. i wanted a credit to my account since i am a regular edible arrangements client but no response. nor did the store location get back to me about what happened to the order. my friend never received the platter. finally i decided to dispute the charge and lo and behold i receive a missed call. when i return the call the person on the line who didn't identify themselves proceeded to argue with me about what happened and where my friend was on the day in question. very unprofessional and i was also charged for a delivery fee $26. this person was loud and rude and should not be in customer service. now i see i was recharged for a fruit platter. i demand a refund . this location ruined my impression of edible arrangements and i am filing a complaint with the bbb. at least they could have contacted me my order still says it is being arranged on the edible arrangements website.

The absolute worst experience ever! I placed an order last week for a delivery tomorrow (Sunday) and they just called me now after they have closed for the day, to let me know that they are closing the store tomorrow and will be pushing all their orders to Monday! It was important to have the order delivered tomorrow, and i wished they had let me know earlier and not when they were about to close. I wanted to do something special for a dear friend who now has to have her wedding via zoom due to the pandemic and this location just ruined it. The worst of it was the nonchalant attitude of the person who called. I strongly recommend you try another location because this one just isn’t it! Horrible!!! When they finally delivered the order it looked nothing like what I ordered online. I wish I didn’t pick this location.
