If I can give this place negative stars I will. My bf sent me chocolate covered strawberries for the rough week I was having but I was sent MELTED chocolate covered strawberries. They never put down that it was delivered and here’s the best part instead of handing the package to me, like they were supposed to as it was put in the note and meanwhile I was home all day, they left it in my hot mail box. When I called to complain about my order they refused to give me a refund since they already delivered it. Never order from here again

I recently received an edible arrangement as a gift from this location. There was a slight issue but I called and Ruth kindly fixed it ASAP with no hesitation. Thank you Ruth and the wonderful driver for correcting the issue. Would recommend.

I want to give the place a good rating, the smoothies (only thing I get there) are really enjoyable. But they're never open! I've gone by on three separate occasions when they are supposed to be open and the doors have been locked. This time I went before 4pm - their hours on the door (which dont match online at the time of writing) say 5pm. I even called the company to see if maybe there had been a change in hours or something that wasn't posted, and they said there was no listed early closing so they should've been open! Just sick of going there just for them to be closed when they shouldn't be. Done trying.

Loved my edible arrangement for my father in law. I chose the Martini glass arrangement. My only advice is to prop it against something in the car because it's top heavy. I actually ordered this on a Sunday and got there too late but was able to pick up the next day with no issues. Love this location too. Parking is good too since it's located in an outdoor mini mall. I wish I had a picture but it was eaten in 20min.

Its overdue but ordered a strawberry tray and balloon for valentine's day. Put everything in my car I got home and opened the car door and the balloon was gone flew right out. The balloon itself was not properly secured to the string so I was left with a string taped to my strawberry tray and no balloon. I called them to notify and was told they did not have time to deal with me today and I would receive a call back the following day due to how busy they were. Of course I never received a call back and I'm not the type to call again, but part of my gift was gone due to a worker not properly tying a string to a balloon they sold. I dont care about the money it's the principal of the matter and lack of responsibility taken. Lost my business, I will drive a few more minutes for another location.
