I placed an order in June directly from their website. I called them to confirm delivery and they advised that they were "closed for business" because they were handling a funeral and would not be able to make the delivery for the flowers ordered. They advised that I would be issued a refund for my order. It has been over 3 months now and I have numerous emails and phone calls placed and have yet to receive my refund. Every single time I reach out it is an excuse that they do not know why the refund hasn't been issued. There has been no urgency to resolve a matter that they were at fault for. I have been rather patient and understanding being that a freaking pandemic happened. At this point the excuses are beyond ridiculous. It isn't even about the money at this point because clearly they need it more then I do, but it is about best practices, this isn't how you handle business. Thank you for all my frustration...

Larry did an amazing job for our mom's 80th birthday. I had to order long distance, but he patiently answered my questions and made 3 unique arrangements that were promptly delivered to her. Mom said, "These are like Madison Avenue flowers." She was really impressed!
