Place is horrible!! I asked for 93 because my car is a tuned bmw m3 and can only take either 93 or e85 and the gentlemen specifically heard me and put in 87 this made my car have a rough idle so then I told them I will get octane booster to make everything fine and they can cover it and they refused to cover it...... Horrible place I would rather run out of gas then go here ever.... stay away! Not to mention when I went in to make a report they say they couldn’t do anything for me and to call the cops if I had a issue I advise everyone to stay far away from these guys and there gas station atleast at this location... corporate office did not help either they just kept me on hold for 1 hour + before I just hung up......STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY if you like the car the way it runs

BEWARE SCAM I went to the Mahwah Exxon gas station as I usually do to get gas Monday at 5:45p.m. I was on the phone with my son and gave my card to the employee to fill it up. I was on 3/4 of a tank. When finished, he gave my card back and this time NO RECEIPT. I drove off and on my way home I looked down and my gas was still at 3/4 if a tank. I was furious because I did not get a receipt and not worth my fighting with those guys with no proof I was there. Yesterday there was a $36.00 charge to my card!!! I got NO GAS yet they charged my card!!! Be careful at that Mahwah Exxon on Franklin Turnpike. I will NEVER use that gas station again.

Staff is rude. Especially if you are using speed pass. Oh make sure your gas filler tube is no more than 2 inches out of line with pump or they will make you move plus ten wait while they pump everyone else’s gas. I buy here cause it’s closest Exxon.
