I love Jewelry by Allen Joseph! I received a few jewlery pieces from Jewelry by Allen Joseph as a gift, and fell in love with them instantly. I visited the shop shortly after and from there, I became a regular customer. I was instantly impressed by the variety of pieces offered and how well-priced they were. Also, the quality of the items they sell is unmatched. Ferit and Josie are super sweet. You feel like you’re dealing with your own family. They allow you to take your time looking around the store and don’t push you to make a purchase, but they help you in finding whatever you’re looking for once you are ready. At this point, I’ve gotten a bunch of different items from them and have even worked with them on a few different custom pieces. I have been ecstatic with the way they’ve turned out - exactly how I envisioned them to and even exceeded my expectations. So far, my favorite pieces have been from Jewlery by Allen Joseph. I would highly recommend visiting the store for some beautiful pieces of jewlery and working with them on anything custom! You will be very happy with your new jewelry!

The owners here are kind, hardworking people, who care about getting you exactly what you want at a good value. A few years back I brought my delicate 18 carat gold ID bracelet to have the name plate reinforced on both sides where it meets the bracelet itself. The jeweler said the bracelet also should be replaced. I hesitantly agreed to it, but said I wanted the original bracelet returned to me. It had great emotional significance since it came from Cuba and my uncle had given it to me when I was thirteen. I even asked the sales girl to write on the envelope that I wanted the bracelet back, which she did. When I went to pick up the bracelet, my original bracelet was not there. The jeweler said that it was long gone. He replaced my 18 carat bracelet with a cheap looking 10 carat one. Also, he used one of those lobster claw closures which is too heavy. As a result, the name plate is usually on the underside of my wrist and can't be seen. I understand this jeweler has a good reputation. I don't know what happened in my case, but I would never ever recommend him. And, if I could give him zero stars, I would.

Great family-run business. They were so helpful and very patient with us as we picked out our wedding bands. I’m also getting a beautiful necklace and earrings to wear on my wedding day. Prices are fair and the selection is beautiful. I highly recommend.

I have to admit that I have never bought any new jewelry here but I have had many, many items repaired here. They do excellent work quickly and for a fair price. Very friendly and honest too - highly recommended!
