We came to this location after having an awful experience at the Cherry Hill Mall store. A gentleman was able to help my fiancé complete the custom order that the Cherry Hill Mall store associate tried to act like wasn’t even possible to do at this time. We are very happy with how my upgrade ring came out and it was completed in a reasonable time frame.

Received an emailed from KayGS stating that my jewelry was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store the Rep informed that they did such a bad job with the sizing that it needed to be sent back and now I have to wait 1 more week. Keep in mind that the ring was dropped up on May 14 for sizing and now I have to wait another week. A MONTH FOR SIZING UNHEARD OF..

After having an unpleasant experience at the Cherry Hill Mall I went to this site to have my ring inspected. The young lady there named Valerie helped me. She was extremely professional and very nice. Two 👍🏾👍🏾

the manager here is very phony and pushy. I was working with a nice young lady and the manager came over to try to take over the sale right when I was at the register! I worked in sales and I can’t stand that! I told the girl to make sure she keeps her sale and get that commission. That lady is greedy she did not care about me getting what I like she only cared about me spending and that’s not a place I want to spend my hard earned money!! But the young lady was very sweet I recommend Dana and the Indian woman. They were excellent! Don’t go to that manager unless you want to get played.

The Female Manager is very disrespectful!! She was not happy because I refused to have a joint account with my fiance. I wanted to purchase a wedding present for him, I wanted to do it alone. She wasn't happy with my layaway idea, so she made a rude comment to insult my financial aspect. Her exact words an I quote " when you guys purchase a home(speaking to my fiance), make sure her name (my name)is primary, you'll be approved for $50,000 less, but at least her name is first." The comment was uncalled for and very unprofessional! Instead of responding to her ignorance, I walked out. One thing I know, there are a lot of Jewelry stores who would except my business, without insulting me. If you ever find yourself at this location ask for Alex, he will take care of you without the disrespect.
