Bought a watch online, needed adjustments to get metallic clips removed to fit my wrist. Good experience, affordable and quick! Did a $10 for a battery change on my other watch too. Will visit again.

I first visted this business in 2010 when I was working in the mall. To this day I continue to utilize this gentleman's store because he is forthright, honest and upfront. I have never had anything less than a perfect experience here and would highly recommend this store, especially for repair. They work directly with dealers and always keep me informed throughout the repair process. Thess are the professionals you are looking for!

My husband and I have had an excellent experience at this store. We were always greeted nicely and they remembered us each time we came in the store. Due to the great service we received we have frequented the store several times over the last few months. If and when we need more jewelry we will definitely come back here! I would highly recommend this store.

This is my second time going in, I had the owner make a ring bigger, and had him replace a diamond and clean a cracked aquamarine, they came out beautiful. Actually, I am really happy I walked in because now I can go somewhere nearby where I trust his opinion. Owner is very knowledgeable and will give you an estimate for anything you need fixed. Highly recommend!

I came in for a battery replacement and detail cleaning, both of which they did to my satisfaction. Lower rating given for the fact that the business doesnt open at the time published. I waited an hour just to get my jewelry back.

Owner cursed at me when I did not want to purchase a watch. He said over and over why don't you support local businesses. I felt very uncomfortable and would advise everyone to stay away .

Never walked out of a store in the middle of someone talking to me before. Horrible service. Would not recommend. (and no i am not trying to hurt small businesses. Small businesses should provide good service not trying to defend their reputation after RUDE customer service)

The owner was very nice and cordial. He was very familiar with everything that had to do with time pieces. They can also repair watches. What really surprised me was the cost of watches and repair costs, very reasonable. Anyone looking for a good deal and good service, stop by there.
