I recently was quoted a price of 230.00 for a transmission flush service for a 2014 jeep Cherokee. When I picked up my vehicle it was nearly doubled!!! I wound up paying 430.00!!! I should have been notified of the change in price but I wasn't. I will never use K & N again. I could have had this done 100.00 cheaper elsewhere. Deceptive business practice. If I could get 10 Stars I would. We had an issue with our used car that we purchased and k&n transmission did us right. We now have another issue with the car and I can think of no other place where I would want it to be except there. They are friendly and work with you on the price. Highly recommend them. The owner Kevin made me pay for part up front and said part would be ready in a week. I did not hear back so I called and was told 4 more days. I called again and was yelled at by owner Kevin to come get my money back.(He don't need this). He is rude and unprofessional. My biggest problem was the lack of communication on their part. The only place I trust with my car. On two occasions, when K&N could have taken me to the cleaners, they saved me lots of coin Once when another shop said I needed over $400 worth of break work K&N showed me otherwise. Another time when I thought we had a transmission problem K &N found it was some loose gravel trapped on the crease member. Very honest shop Great work at fair prices

Kieth is a good guy and honest. He is going to do want is right for you and your car. I never feel like he is trying to sell me something I don't need or perform services that aren't necessary. Recommend this shop to everyone I know.
