Would never suggest eating from chipotle ever again . They skipped out on the meat they did not give you a whole spoonful. What’s the point in having that big spoon if you do not feel it. And on top of that they skip out on all ingredients. It is like this at several locations in different states that I have visited. Did you not even deserve one star daughter they deserve any stars on the ratings ever. Remember your job is to serve the customer not serve yourself. This is called corporate greed and this company is suffering from it.

I wish I could rate this store with zero stars. Placed an order online for a bowl and a salad. Bowl was fine. The salad came only with the lettuce that is show in the picture, a fraction of what should be in a salad. In addition, every piece was rotten/brown. Also shown is literally the amount of chicken that was among the other ingredients. We logged a complaint on the corporate website and got a instant response back with a coupon for "buy one get one". Really, I have to buy another one to replace the garbage that I already paid for? Who cares if I can get a second free. We stopped going to the store closest to our house for the same reason, now, we won't be going to this or any other one.

Ordered 2 bowls online through Chipotle. Delivery was fine....up until we opened the bowls with only a spoonful of chicken.....I have never seen such a small portion. If they ran out of chicken it should been made known. If they needed to cook more, we could have waited. These bowls cost way too much for the small portion.

I have been to this location before and there is always something wrong either with the employees or the food itself. This time around the establishment was out of grilled mix veggies, corn, black beans, guacamole and the cashier still had the nerve to charge me full price for a burrito/bowl. When my hands are nice and messy from consuming the burrito an employee tells me that they have ran out of napkins. Never again will I come here. I’m paying 25 dollars for half of the food that I would normally purchase. Let’s not mention the fact that I am going home with sticky hands. How pathetic!

If I could, I would give zero stars to this place. The girl who served me today was being so rude and stingy while serving me and giving me a bad look, as If I was being rude to her when I was completely neutral standing in the line w my girlfriend minding my own business. I’ve been to many different locations but I’ve never seen a chipotle bowl with this less of rice, beans and steak. I had to ask the girl twice if she could put more and she just kept looking at me with an attitude. She did not add more rice or beans and when I actually saw it and asked her if she could put some more steak on it she pulled out a couple pieces of steak from the crock and threw it on my bowl. While keeping the same attitude. This place really needs to make sure that customer service is a thing and customers should be treated nicely if they’re being nice to them. If that wasn’t enough, when I and my girlfriend walked out of the restaurant she was standing there with some other individuals and started running her mouth again. Given that I didn’t do anything to her or caused anything it doesn’t make any sense to me that why you’d be rude to someone who’s coming in to your store to give you business. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location.

June 14th evening time I went to this Chipotle and received poor service from cashier. Vanessa was rude, not interested to work as she had an attitude when she saw 4 Burrito Bowls in my order. The worker before that who oversaw salsa and other veggies was rushing it. temperature of the food was cold. It felt like Vanessa does not like working there or when she has to do anything other than her regular duty, she shows an attitude. I would not recommend this Chipotle location for quality of food, friendliness of staff, rudeness of cashier. I will leave this same exact review on Google so people know not to visit this location as customers deserve better food and service when they're paying $9 for Veggie bowl. that's all!

Ordered the same thing I always order at other chipotles in the state. The south Plainfield location has to be the worst one in the country. How is this considered double meat? If you order online here they’re going to rob you. Don’t waste your time!

PLEASE READ IF YOUR ORDERING ONLINE when you order in person, there's a guarantee that your going to get what you want, but unfortunately sometimes it's inconvenient to go in person. So all my cousins were here for break, so we tried ordering everything online, and we picked it up in a giant catering box. We opened up and sure enough, all the burrito bowls were there, but only 1 out of the 12 had the right stuff in it. Normally this is fine because the errors are really minor, but in this case it was so bad, we ended up not eating most of it. For example, my bowl had beans, rice, mild tomato, hot red, cheese and no guac but when I opened it, it was literally rice and beans. For another bowl, we didn't even order fajitas and that was genuinely the majority of the bowl. See pictures below, the orders were completely messed up.They skipped on the majority of the ingredients, and I understand it's a fast food place but there is a point where there just is 0 effort and 0 care. We contacted chipotle support asking for a refund, and we obviously wanted a full refund because at this point we were borderline getting scammed, but they only gave us a 50% refund. I'm never ordering from this Chipotle again, unless I'm in person but that removes the convenience of it. It's unfortunate because this was their first time with Chipotle and chipotle is usually so good but it's unfortunate that this time it was so bad. Just don't order online with this Chipotle.

All Chipotle taste are basically the same, I tried the new plant based Chorizo, not bad but not enough meat and flavor is no different from the Sofritos. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Never had a problem ordering in person. Food is always great. I placed an order online for a chicken bowl and a child’s meal. My chicken bowl was made without chicken. In fact, they gave me no protein, no rice, and no beans. My child’s meal was completely wrong. I was given the wrong protein, wrong rice, and was given peppers instead of beans. I called this location and asked them to deliver me the correct meal. They told me they only give refunds. I was refunded. I was pretty unhappy with the whole situation since I had to figure out what to feed my little man at home since I wasn’t able to go back and get the correct meal. In short, I will never order online at this place. I guess it’s always better to see the person prepare your order.
