Visited this place yesterday, ordered a chicken chalupa and a small baja blast, got a medium instead and also received a beef chalupa instead of chicken. Was already back home when opened and since i wasn't given any receipt i cannot even go back and claim i was given wrong order. I am pretty sure they also charged me higher than what i ordered for, as i received a medium drink.

They take too long to serve you I spent half an hour in the drive through and the line was not moving...

Best veggie chalupas and tacos . The app is very easy to operate and add all the items along with easy selection of nearby location Usual offers and points for every purchase really helps you in getting frequent discounts on your future purchases

I am a consistent customer here and I love this place. The people that work here are awesome and I've almost never had a wrongly made food order. Vegetarian options: You can substitute anything with vegitarian black beans or refried beans. Kid-friendliness: Just a nice place for families to come together. Parking: Lots of parking available. Dietary restrictions: Lots of substitution options for vegetarians and vegans

Aside from there not being a side of rice you can order - you have to order rice and beans minus beans (and it's super small) - the food is still good, always love taco bell. Wish they would be like the other tacobells and let me get the burrito in a bowl istead of as a burrito but c'est la vie

Worst Taco Bell ever here. First rude people. Then food is not up to mark. Then the quantity is also very less. Go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money on food. The other taco bell at 412 416 US highway 1 Edison is much better honestly.

Everytime I go there, there is always something wrong with my order. Today, I order Mexican pizza without beans, but I got beans. It doesn't matter if I order this from the kiosk or drive thru, there is always something wrong. I usually go to the one in rt 22 that's more further because I they can never get the order right. But the one in rt 22 is under renovation.

the most disgusting Taco Bell! Looks like workers are not properly trained to make the food. I got nacho fries that were super soggy, I got chalupa which was literally half filled with no cheese on top like what am I paying for? Change your employees, they are ruining customer’s expectations. Taco Bell in Hadley Mall is the worst Taco Bell I ever had. I am very disappointed. I would give it a negative rating.

I went there recently and placed orders using kiosk. Got the orders but the person who prepared my orders looked very upset seeing 3 different orders. We are living in unprecedented time so its better to take care of loved one by grabbing take out for them when possible and that was the case this time. I had ordered for my loved ones so they don't have to leave home during this time. Now, that made food preparer upset and he started shaking head and gave me mean look when I went near counter to pick up my orders. My order included veggie chalupa with sub beans, and attached is the picture of my chalupa, prepared by this employee. He was indian and so am I, why so much hate at Indians when seeing and preparing multiple orders for same person for Vegetarian food? To all the employees and management working at this Taco Bell: I hope you don't prepare food like what you had provided me for your loved ones and in fact, anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL LOCATION, THERE ARE MANY OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR MEXICAN FOOD. 1 star is for the food this restaurant provided but I won't step in this location going forward.

Worst taco bell experiance ever. I walked in tried to use the self serve kiosk. After the item i was looking for was not easy to locate and stood by the counter for a few minutes only to be directed back to a self serve kiosk. The item i wanted to order was not easy found, the person who came to help could not find it either. Eventually we located the taco buritto party pack we were looking for. I selected dine in. But the staff on-site made it clear when they bagged up all of my items as well as 4 other dine in customers meals. But I guess since the dining room was not the cleaned well I guess i can't blame the employees. As my order was being made I noticed one of the employees was coughing and 3 team members were not wearing masks. (As this will live online forever its important to note Covid-19 pandemic is still going on and the staff is walking around like its summer 2019.) So after I requested to speak to the manager on duty he stated there wasn't much he could do about it... but about a minute later the team member grabbed a mask from under the front counter and went back to work. Only to be reminded by the manager that he had to wash his hands prior to making any more food. Keep in mind I watched that same team member cough several times while making other peoples food. So when my order was completed I noticed they made a mistake. I went back to the kiosk I was forced to order from and confirmed that the item I selected matched the digital receipt I selected. Instead of acknowledging the error the team making the fiodtold me that they gave me what I ordered, they were wrong and I had a receipt to prove it. When I finally received the beverages I ordered I went to fill my drink and noticed none of the non-carbonated beverages worked. They were all producing water only. I told the manager and the hour or so i spent eating with my children important to note that the beverage situation was not corrected either. This taco bell has been in my area for quite some time and the quality has dramatically gone down hill. In the past 3 years. Not sure if its a owner/management issue or the poor quality of the workers they are hiring, but this will be the last time I ever patronize this location. Its a shame that people can be put in a position of authority over an establishment and they can not mane their staff follow basic health and cleanliness standards during a global pandemic. Also while I was here I heard about 12 other customers complain about their orders being messed up. The place was a mess. See the attached images of the floor by the accessable dining area to confirm the lack of cleanup in the dining area.
