Made an appointment nearly a month in advance to have a wheel bearing replaced, took two days off work, dropped it off early in the morning day one, didn't hear anything until 3:00 the next day when they told me I needed a wheel bearing... I knew that... did you fix it? "no we wont have the parts in until the next day" when I needed the car. I already knew I needed a wheel bearing... I thought I was dropping it off to have it fixed... charged me $120 to tell me what I already knew was wrong. I'll just do it myself then

David was great to deal with although Ford on the other hand caused many stressful days and nights. He worked hard to be me my Bronco and I LOVE it. When shipped it came in with a broken windshield he worked hard to get a new one (even though they are hard to come by) to make sure I could get it ASAP.

I will personally never bring my vehicle back to this dealership again. The day of my appointment I was called & told they “couldn’t get it all done & it would have to be picked up the next day around noon”. I informed them I couldn’t do that because I had to work the next day & asked if there was at least a rental option. He told me no they don’t have rentals. Then proceeded to tell me I could pick it up & drive it even though it wasn’t finished. I explained to the service department that I had to make it to work & asked if we could work something out. He then told me “oh we miraculously got it done for you”. When I went to pick up my car, they tried to charge me the diagnosis fee (which was covered under my warranty). I explained to them that this was not something I had to pay, it was covered by my warranty. They argued with me & refused to give me my car. I had to call in to work the next day to come back & pick up my car. They called the warranty company while I was there & upon realizing they never sent the diagnosis over to be authorized & were at fault, he tried to say “we’re changing some words around for you so we can get this authorized”. They never apologized for any of this & not only did I have to use a personal day at work, but I also had to jumble rides around & be the one to make sure I wasn’t being cheated out of my money. very poor service, I will never be back to this dealership again.

We found a SUV that was absolutely perfect for our family, Ronnie did amazing trying to get us approved but we weren’t but then worked with us to be able to pay in cash for the vehicle! We noticed an issue with it that night and returned the next day and the manager is helping us out! You can not ask for more honest and polite people! Thank you!!!

Estimated $680 to replace a failed cruise control module on the steering wheel, the part is $45 dollars at auto value and it took me 15 minutes. 9/25/19 update In response to David's reply/request, I contacted his office and left him my full name and phone number so that he can investigate the repair estimate. 10/14/19 Bosheers made a reasonable attempt to correct this but I had already fixed it on my own.
