Our pizza was terrible. It was cold, chewy and tasted days old. It took an hour to get the pizza and the driver had nothing to say about the wait and handed me a cold box. The app showed the pizza getting a “quality check” for over 30 minutes. Very disappointing.

Sitting here watching 5 employees argue with one another over where orders are and how many orders need to be remade while there are 8 boxes of food piled up on the cut table that “don’t go anywhere”. My order is over an hour late. I won’t ever be back. Meanwhile the 2 pizzas that are done have been done for 45 minutes and are cold.

Best pizza in town! Fast delicious and fresh. Domino’s changed their recipe a few years ago and they now make one of the best pizzas around. Marshall staff are always friendly and helpful.

Earlier the better! When I order for lunch it's usually great but a much smaller order than when I order for family night at home. I do have a large family and something is usually a little on the raw side. Good staff though!!

My pizza wasn't made good! I didn't get extra cheese on it! Not like my other visits here! They were awesome! 1st time not happy!

Placed a sizeable order, pastas, bread sticks, wings, pizza, ordered extra sauces, picked up the order, and went home. Wife and I were pretty stoked for the pasta. We opened up the containers, which seemed a little light in weight. We were surprised to see such a small amount in the container. There was so little pasta that you could see more aluminum than pasta. So very disappointed. Well, still had the wings, opened that container up, smallest wings I have ever seen anywhere., and to top it all off, all the extra sauces that we paid for were not in the order. Called to complain, and did so. Never heard back from anyone. Very sad operation there in Marshall.

I’m very upset and disappointed I ordered a pizza tonight and status was it’s delivered but yet no pizza and then I had to call there twice and then get told I guess he delivered it somewhere else well then now someone has my credit card information ect and my pizza I do plan on calling the corporate office this is unacceptable!!!! And most likely not order from there ever again!!! So it took over an hour to get my order and it was burnt and no extra sauce as ordered!!! The manger pure poor customer service also!!! I’m using Hungry Howies from now on!!!

Received a pizza with white sauce that was quite a mess. First pizza, you can see how the sauce was so heavy that the sauce moved and got all over the crust. Second pizza is still a bit heavy handed on the white sauce. It doesn’t need much of it. But it will do. Speed of service and taste is always great. Received my first pizza within a little over 20 minutes. Received the second one around the 20 minute mark as well. It would’ve taken any other pizza place more than the two times combined that to make and deliver our food. The person on the phone was nice. I think it was Gavin but I could be wrong. Thank you!

The pizza is good. This order and the last were not right. I think I will pick up inside instead of drive thru so I can open it infront of them. This pizza doesn't have the extra cheese and the mushrooms and onions were ordered for the right side and the green olives and red peppers were ordered for the left side. All that is on one side. Probably understaffed and rushed.
