So me and my cousin really needed to use the bathroom but they were locked so we asked the employees, a white male and a white female, after I came out the bathroom I forgot the key and the bathroom locked with the keys inside. So me and her were really panicking and on the verge of tears. We went up there and apologized so much and told them what happened. they then got really upset and got mad at us. The female were blaming me my cousin and the male worker. I get that I took away their ability to use the restroom but it was a complete mistake/accidentl she did not have to yell nor get so angry. We are just kids.

Me and my cousin needed to use the restroom and this guy that worked there gave us the key and said give it back when ur done. my cousin got out the bathroom and didn't know it would lock without the key locking it. I was going to go after her and we told them and we were crying because she was yelling at us and the guy, btw everyone could here her say," they locked the key in the bathroom"and then she said "no more bathroom, we can't use the bathroom anymore thanks to them" she then proceeded to say "this why I don't let people use the bathroom." we apologized a ton but she was being rude. it was a complete mistake. WE ARE 13 she didn't have to be so rude to us. I hope she gets fired, I didn't get her name but they know they what they did. Which was completely unprofessional. We would've been better off if he just declined us and saved us from our anxiety and tears.

The new pregent manager is lazy and shouldn't be a manager. Who ever hires these people are not screening for good workers where u getting these one day then quit people

The ppl that work there try hard to accommodate customers, but they are overwhelmed at busy hours by not enough help. The company should be willing to employ more people, or schedule better. I have seen the lines and turned around and left.

I haveA video of items that I tried to purchase that we're not priced correctly the manager which I told to come help me check the price had a very rule attitude She argued back-and-forth with me with persistence telling me I don't care who you are I am grown for no reason I just wanted the items that I was going to purchase for the price that I saw on the shelf another person verified the price was correct that I said and she yelled at me the whole time

Love this Family Dollar location! The employees are always nice and helpful! I am in there almost every day and some days I make multiple trips up there and most of the employees know what I am there to get just by observing my attire and of course my attitude since most of my morning visits are for coffee and/or creamer lol Anyway, great staff and great store!

The manager there was very helpful and made my experience in this store enjoyable. She took time out of her day to help me. Will definitely go back again. She definitely deserves an award for running that store!!

Family Dollar Store on Anthony and McKinney always Pleasant to shop there very clean environment the staff is always helpful Tiffany and Alice are very helpful I usually go in the mornings on their shift it's always a pleasant morning shopping at the Family Dollar Store thank you ladies job well done !!
