WOW 😳 Never... in all the years of visiting different bigbys have I EVER received such garbage in a cup..not like I did at the Marshall location today!! We paid almost $10 a piece for some generic bitter absolutely disgusting bibgy coffee sludge..tasted like stale IGA coffee. Honestly that's probably giving it credit..Couldn't even do it. Even with the surrounding places in Marshall..bomb failing on the products/service or even just keeping good reliable equipment and decent help..we assumed we could still get a couple cups of good coffee in this town especially with the outlandish prices that they charge now..( by the way..( didn't mind paying those prices when the coffee was good ) but o man!! I SO was wrong!! Bigbys use to be my favorite coffee shop..not anymore. I will never come back to this coffee shop and if I hear anyone in this town say that they're going to stop into that hole..I will do my best to warn them..before they too are robbed of cash for trash. Sorry not Sorry 😐 #disappointed

Terrible! We waited in line behind 3 cars for 20 minutes. We never did get our order, had to leave or be late for an appointment. Last time I do the Biggby thing. Always 3+ workers in there yet they can't seem to make it all happen in an appropriate amount of time. Back to McDonalds coffee for me. Cheaper too!!

Ungodly slow. Seems to always be understaffed. 2 baristas in the morning isn't enough. Drive thru gets priority regardless so don't go inside if you don't have to.

Visited a couple of times and it was Biggby, overpriced. However, my last visit was not good. I waited in line behind 3 cars before I got to place my order, which isn't unusual, and just noticed it was moving slow. I finally put my order in and wasn't given my total, but whatever, it's Biggby, overpriced. I wait in line for the window for what seemed like forever and I finally get to the window. This girl opens the window, hand covering her mouth because she's chewing food, and proceeds to go on with the transaction talking and taking my money, WHILE SHE WAS CHEWING FOOD. I looked past her and there were 3 employees just standing behind the counter leaning. This place is not recommended, at all. Definitely didn't expect that at all. Unsanitary and lazy. But hey like I said, it's Biggby, overpriced.

The staff is always kind and helpful. Our drinks are good. My only complaint is that it takes forever to get your order. We got to the drive thru at 10:30. There were maybe 4 cars in front of us and we didn’t pull out of the parking lot until just after 11. We ordered two drinks. While I think the staff are trying their best, something’s gotta be done about wait time. It is like this or worse every time we come.

Since Jason has become the manager, Marshall Biggby has improved leaps and bounds. I used to get drinks that were so bad I threw them out, that hasn’t happened since he has worked there. The baristas seem happier and friendlier as well! This is now my go to place for coffee.

Drinks are delicious and very unique. Staff was helpful. However, they did charge my card three times. Thankfully my credit card company caught it and didn't charge me for the duplicate charges, but that was frustrating.

Nice chain coffee shop. Lots to choose from on the menu and the staff was very kind and helpful. Only negatives I can think of are that the ordering and seating areas are somewhat oddly arranged and my coffee was slightly burnt. Otherwise a great place for a cup of joe.
