Nice facility, clean... fast service. Haven't really interacted with staff because I order through the app and do rapid pick-up... but the restaurant is clean and the beverage area is always organized and clean.

Their new chef's chicken sandwich is great. This Panera is clean with good service and great tasting food. Love the kitchen sink cookie too.

I like to come to this Panera for lunch since it's within walking distance of my job and the workers here are always so nice to me. Carter has always been very helpful. And Dennis usually takes my order when I come inside and he's the sweetest person I've ever met. It makes my day when I get to see him and talk to him. The personable atmosphere really keeps me coming back! And the spicy chicken sandwich with emerald greens is the perfect pairing for the mango charged lemonade! I can't get enough!

Not a good place to enjoy a meal. Over priced, two sandwiches and to small drinks $30.00. Asked for Coke and wasn't advised of Pepsi product sales and when I got to soda machine Cola dispenser was out of order. Had to settle for different drink. Looked for a clean table, not one to be found in whole store, all tables smeared with previous customers residue. Fast food self service pick-up and cashier had audacity to ask for a tip. All in all a terrible dining experience.

My first visit will be my last. It is over priced and not that good. I ordered the chicken sandwich. It was cold and flavorless. And to think this place ask for tips. Why? All the other fast food places I go to do not receive tips. You ask enough money for the food so pay the staff more.

This is one of my favorite places for some, pricier but delicious food. They deliver, which is awesome and I haven't had any issues. Bagels and bakery are definitely our favorites. Yummy drinks too!

I always want to love this Panera because they aren’t bad all the time. My main frustrations stem from two causes: incorrect orders and lack of supplies. There have been several occasions where I have ordered a chicken Baja grain bowl and received the Mediterranean version instead. I am allergic to olives and would like to receive what I order. Additionally, they are consistently out of food items, whether avocados or otherwise. These two factors make it very difficult for me to want to go here.

Clean and prompt, but my last couple of orders have been missing items (chips in one, baguette in the other). Everyone's busy and the food was made correctly and fresh, hence 4 stars.

Would give 3 stars but don’t wanna be THAT person… but Panera girl, what the hell is this? 🤣 this baguette I paid $1.49 for is barely an inch long.
