Chris was very professional and kind when my family came in. He was respectful and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied w our products and the service. One of our phones was having some issues so I called Chris to see if he could possible help me over the phone. This was well after store hours. He gave us his opinion of what to do…..but he actually offered to stop over and help! He came over and made sure we were completely satisfied and everything was working. Chris did NOT have to do that. He truly cared that we were satisfied. Chris has an amazing combination of professionalism, service, and work ethic. I look forward to telling everyone to stop into Verizon and see Chris. There is no one better.
