I was there yesterday afternoon with my mom and the sales associate,Jake did a good job. He helped with other customers and did his best to fix our situation with trying to add me onto my moms plan. He also gave us a lot of information on the plans and stuff.

The attendant i had today was very preoccupied with other things today. The first store i went to did not have the SIM card i needed so i was sent to a different one. The gentleman at the 2nd one wasn't overly concerned about much of anything.
