I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered online because our family from out of state was in town and we were going out on the boat. We checked in at the drive through, had to wait almost 15 minutes, we got about 6 of the 18 donuts we actually ordered - they gave us the options of donuts they had and then asked us what we would prefer and gave us completely different donuts than what we had selected. We will definitely be ordering from somewhere else in the future.

I have tried several times during May 2022 to get a coffee from this location. Despite workers being visible and the open sign being on, the lobby door has been locked during the dozen times I've tried, and I have waited over 5 minutes in the drive thru without any response before leaving empty handed. I have tried calling and no one answers. This is frankly ridiculous.

Doesn’t open soon enough for early workers. Says they open at 6 am sat, there waiting for 20 minutes before I left and went to McDonald’s.

They don't do refunds, I order on there online for 2 frozen hot chocolate when got there told me don't make them. Ask for refund told we don't refund got hold online app so did that. Only do that is email they sent email saying they have to went back show email still won't give me my money. They lie and steal money, looking at get law involved no company has right take money from u without service. I would stay far away from this company steal your money

They never have the powered donuts and half the time they don't have bagels. One location doesn't even sell donuts.

I would give 0 stars if I could, like everyone says, THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!!! I ordered a bagle breakfast sandwich from the app, go up to pick up my order, she says we don't have breakfast? I said just give me bagles, she says again "we don't have breakfast"? I said I'll just come in and pick something out, she said we're closed "at 1pm"? yesterday on Thursday? So I ended up leaving with 3 donuts for lunch, REALLY? what the He?? Corporate needs to fire all of these people & start over with people that want to work!

We LOVE Hortons (on pickard and elsewhere)-- and before covid- we were waiting in lines upwards of 20 minutes for coffees on mission. saw many people exit the drive thru via the curb and rock garden to leave because they took so much time. I went back today and sat in the open drive thru at the menu screen for a few minutes before googling the number to call to find out why I wasnt being greeted and found out they are closed. They need a sign by the menu to tell people nobody is inside. this happened a few months ago too. Mot sure why they enjoy wasting people's time by not posting their closure BEFORE the payment window?? block off the whole drive if needed-- b7t it was ridiculous a few months after the first time it was *still* a problem?!?

This used to be my go-to location, and like many other comments have said, I will stay away for the next while. I try cutting them some slack because I know a few weeks ago they had signs saying they were going through staff changes and trainings, but this store is just inconsistent anymore. My last few visits they have been out of many items (which is totally not the fault of the staff) and today at 10 AM I waited at the drive through speaker for about 5 minutes revving my engine and asking if anyone was there before I realized they must have closed early. I understand this is not the fault of the staff and training and changes can be a slow and difficult process, and I don’t blame the staff at all. Every interaction I have had with staff has been friendly, polite, and helpful, but as a store at least update the hours or post signage about closing early and these things. I hope to return in the future
