I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered online because our family from out of state was in town and we were going out on the boat. We checked in at the drive through, had to wait almost 15 minutes, we got about 6 of the 18 donuts we actually ordered - they gave us the options of donuts they had and then asked us what we would prefer and gave us completely different donuts than what we had selected. We will definitely be ordering from somewhere else in the future. ~Katie

1st time visiting a 5 guys ever and boy did they knock it out of the park first off the location is next to a place called insomnia cookies I mean that right there is awesome the parking lot was clean and not crowded the entire restaurant was very bright, clean and well stocked being 1st timers the staff was very helpful and very friendly we were able to easily get exactly what we wanted and btw the food was deliciously made fresh with no frozen meat and we could taste the difference the food portions are very generous a regular french fry can feed 2-3 adults and the burgers are very large as well especially if you get your burger with every topping they have at no extra charge (all the way) they had free peanuts for while you wait for your food and the soda machine also peaked my interest it's one of those customize your fountain drink with a variety of flavors, some of our favorites is strawberry/cherry/grape sprite, vanilla with root beer and even on our way out they wished us well we'll definitely stop in again and I'd highly recommend ~Dale

The female store manager is a major improvement to the store. Thank goodness the male manager retired. He was something else. Female cashier very friendly and helpful. She said she just got hired. Unloading staff short but get the job done. New location has more room and easier to keep the 6 feet from,other shoppers. Nice prices and mix of stuff. Clean too. ~David

Dont go. The next morning Got contacted by my bank for potential fraud payments. This place was the only place I had used my card in months, and immediately someone stole the card information. ~Kirsten

I have placed several orders with this jj and lately the lettuce has been nasty why would they send a sandwich out like this? ~Mark

I love the home cooking and the soup is phenomenal. Prices are LOW, and food is so so good. They have a wide range of options for food, and delicious hand dipped ice cream too. ~Alicia
