I slightly sloppy but exceedingly delicious burgers. They come with 2 patties unless you specify a "little", you pick out all the topping, & they make it fresh in their highly visible kitchen. My favorite is probably the bacon cheeseburger with fried veggies & barbecue sauce. They also have veggie sandwiches for vegans, as well as cheese + veggies sandwiches & grilled cheese sandwiches for vegetarians. There fries are made in house; thick cut with a little crispness on the outside & come in huge portions. They also make delicious shakes right up front & have interesting mix-in options like bacon, banana, coffee, malted milk, etc. They also have a Coke Freestyle machine. Pretty quick service even when they're busy. It's been clean & had great staff every time I've been there. The only downside is that it is a little pricey for what it is... But it seems all the prices have gone crazy now.

The food is good ya but the prices are crazy 3 burgers 1 grilled cheese and 4 fries almost 60 dollars woulda rather went to bk or mcds frfr

Food was made wrong. Workers weren't very pleasant. Tables inside needed cleaning. Some workers kept vaping on the side of the building too right in front of customers. Dissatisfied experience

It was slow. The lobby was dirty. Someone had spilled in a booth and it was all over the floor. Not one staff member c as me out to wipe down anything the whole time we were there. For the prices they charge I would expect more.

It's just never like we'd hoped it would be. Photos show a cheesy, melty looking yummy cheeseburger. In reality cheese is put on during assembly and straight off the grill it isn't even melted and burgers seem warm at best. Premium price should command better burgers.

Fries were so salty I could not eat them Burger was great but twice the cost of going and getting rallys Visited again two months later ordered light salt on fries still too salty. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain over phone got no bacon. As I look up I see votes best bargain on their window. I THINK NOT 19.96 FOR A BURGER AND LARGE FRIES!!!!

Food is good, expensive but good. The twos I’ve dealt with them, I’ve dealt with the very rude girl who has zero customer service skills with a very bad attitude. She needs to be replaced and put somewhere where she doesn’t speak to costumers.

Burgers and fries are always great. Burgers are juicy, fries are usually fresh with a nice amount of salt, and you can never argue with a good shake or malt.

1st time visiting a 5 guys ever and boy did they knock it out of the park first off the location is next to a place called insomnia cookies I mean that right there is awesome the parking lot was clean and not crowded the entire restaurant was very bright, clean and well stocked being 1st timers the staff was very helpful and very friendly we were able to easily get exactly what we wanted and btw the food was deliciously made fresh with no frozen meat and we could taste the difference the food portions are very generous a regular french fry can feed 2-3 adults and the burgers are very large as well especially if you get your burger with every topping they have at no extra charge (all the way) they had free peanuts for while you wait for your food and the soda machine also peaked my interest it's one of those customize your fountain drink with a variety of flavors, some of our favorites is strawberry/cherry/grape sprite, vanilla with root beer and even on our way out they wished us well we'll definitely stop in again and I'd highly recommend
