It's not the customer's fault prices aren't on the items. You should have them priced at the check out if you want to sell things quickly. No one wealthy shops here, the prices for some things are ridiculous.

The female store manager is a major improvement to the store. Thank goodness the male manager retired. He was something else. Female cashier very friendly and helpful. She said she just got hired. Unloading staff short but get the job done. New location has more room and easier to keep the 6 feet from, other shoppers. Nice prices and mix of stuff. Clean too.

This store is profit driven. You would think that since most of there items are donated they would be willing to take reasonable offers on stock that isn't moving for over 30 + days . ( furniture) over priced for discarded furniture & non clothes items. I thought that the salvation army was a charitable organization? Nothing in this store could be further from the truth. In closing I will say this store is retail thrift. Open 9 to 5 for you're shopping convenience. Which is good if you don't have a job.

Had a great time, found the perfect size silverware tray, a brand new Brita pitcher (complete with 3 filters!) a pair of Flying Monkey jeans, and a cute top...all for $20!

I f given a choice I would have given this store 2.5 stars because the woman I spoke to was courteous and friendly, however that is not an option so I'm going to go with only two. The items are overpriced for the most part, in some cases shockingly so. For example there was a Lego set there displayed with the original Toy'r'Us receipt. They had it priced at $349 and the receipt from the store showed an original sale price of $329. When I pointed out the price was $20 more than the new price the lady at the counter told me it was priced so high because it was brand new and unopened, despite the fact that the end of the box WAS open and you could see the contents. I believe it was priced the way it was because the receipt TOTAL was more than $349, but the Lego set wasn't $349 by itself. Seriously guys, people don't go to Salvation Army to pay new prices. In fact, you can find the same kit on eBay, open box with sealed bags (like yours) for $172 Buy it Now. THAT'S where you should be setting your prices.

This place is very discouraging and misleading. They never have hardly an men’s clothing, and there has been a couple items I have been eyeing forever. It’s December 2018, and there has been an item there since April 2017, and they told me that is one of the few items they can’t do any deals on, and you think they would just want it gone, but nope. And then there was an item that on the front side of the box, it said $3 for a clock, which was pretty decent, but then I get to the cash register and on the top of the box, it’s $9.99, which is a big difference. I barely ever shop at this one location because they don’t work with you at all, even as a college student.
