Even though they couldn't help my dad (because he has a prepaid account, and they don't handle those at this location) they were still very knowledgeable and helpful!!

Great experience!!!💃🕺💃Josh took great care of me. I truly recommend going here if you appreciate good customer service🤘🤘 On the downside.... shame on you, Verizon for shutting down a store we needed in Battle Creek 🤬... total bummer🤨 Highly recommend this location✌

Absolutely horrible customer service from the female employee and the manager (Josh Dunn)! I live in Florida and my son who is on my account had a problem with his phone. The manager was very nasty to him and questioning why he was on an account with my name on it, which is actually NONE of his business!! After a 3 day run around the answer was actually very simple. Instead of telling us from the beginning that they are not equipped (or competent enough is actually my guess) to help with the problem he had 3 days of issues with his service that an actual Verizon store was able to rectify in about 10 minutes!!

Store is a complete waste of time. The manager wants to run his mouth about people and things he knows nothing about. You should really watch who you talk about. This store is a complete joke. All the employees are running the store into the ground. Might as well close this store as customers are leaving Verizon and going to other carriers because of unprofessionalism. I hope when Gowireless realizes they can find someone better the manager behind you has a pray at fixing the damage you have done to Verizon customers as they will NEVER be your customers!!! Good job Josh and team on being a joke to the Marshall area!!!!!

I always call ahead to be sure Stephanie is available. She is sharp and efficient; she listens well and her recommendations and solutions are always down-to-earth and meet my needs perfectly. I learn something new from her every time I visit this store. I send my family her way as well, she's awesome.

Far superior to the Verizon stores and other retailers selling Verizon in Battle Creek. Rarely any wait, and they will help you with those inevitable problems that everyone will have at some point with their phone or their service. Stephanie in particular has gone above and beyond more than once for our family, but all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Do your business here!

Reply to review by WILLIAM MEYER. I can understand your frustration, but you have left out or did not know some key details. 1) The employee you called said she was on break when you were there, which she was, as she was the only one working there. Closing the store for 30 minute breaks are mandatory. She has been written up for working through breaks and staying past to help people. So, she had to clock out (which disables her from using the in-store systems to help you) and lock the door, per job requirement. 2) She did not just go back to her book to read, ignoring you. She went to the back to not be seen as there were two people banging heavily on the doors and windows all around the store — people she isnt allowed to help do mandtory clock out. Most people would be terrified in that situation. 3) The store is short staffed, due to personally losses of those in the company. Again, your frustration is understandable, but I hope you yourself my understand before you are understood, as you did not know the full situation. Hope this helps. The girl who works there deserves credit. Being a wireless consultant is no easy occupation.
