I ordered a part online my way there to get itI lost my radiator cap today.. wrap he couldn't find my order... then he told me it was twice as much... I showed him my phone.. he's like that's a radiator cap.. I said yes thats what I need.. he tried to sell me a gas cap.... not happy...

A bit frustrated after having to repeat ourselves more then once to get home and find that we were given the wrong part! Called the store because the correct part was on the receipt but not given to us. Of course the correct part is out of stock...unless I want to drive out of town, the correct part will be in tomorrow! The other parts we got are what we asked for.

Do not shop at, or definitely do not start a business account with AutoZone. All there stores are corrupt , management will steal from you .They will leak your information to people and make fraudulent purchases on your account. People from the store gave away our account number to their friends and purchased over $2000 worth of stuff we did not approve. Store admitted this happened and we still are not being credited the $2000 stole from us. Very crooked people. Internal investigation within auto zone is supposedly looking into it but absolutely nothing has been done in three months.

We pulled in with a bad alternator. They were very helpful, friendly,and knowledgeable. They helped us find a mechanic who quickly and expertly installed a new alternator. We were able to continue our journey and made it to a funeral with five minutes to spare.
