Horrible crooks! Even after being told to cancell a plan they shut of a phone and charged for it and then when we refused to pay for a phone that wasn't on, they had no recollection of the phone being off!?!?!. They are now taking us to court. Do not support this robbery, horrible company.

Very disappointing phones are way overpriced and so are the contracts. Poor customer service every time I go there. Never have I left happy. The 4 g LTE hardly works.
