This place is a joke. Manager is a b@#$%. All the bad complaints, I have no idea why she is still there. I have never been treated so rude by anyone in a public job before in my life. I saw someone else was hung up on. She did it to me too. ~Judi

Really poor inventory management. My medication was out of stock and needed to be ordered with a 5 day wait each time I came to pick it up. The final time I went here I had asked if I could transfer the medication to another pharmacy. They even called ahead to make sure it was in stock for me. Unfortunately they asked for the wrong dosage, a 3 hour wait to find out that I need a week's notice to get my medication on time. That said the staff were still very friendly. Just a little ditsy. ~John

I shop here frequently and love their weekly specials, especially when money is low til next pay period. Their prices help my money stretch further. The store has really improved over the last few years with cleanliness and better, more knowledgeable staff. I shop here weekly. ~Kathleen

The sales person flat out lied to us when we inquired about changing to AT&T. The first bill was 3 times the amount we were told. I took the bill in and was assured that the billing would catch up and we would receive a credit the following month. The next month the bill was double what we were told with no credit applied. I took the bill in and was told I needed to call 611 because they can't issue credits from the store. I spent all afternoon on the phone with the person at 611. Come to find out, I was lied to about the monthly price, was lied to about the discounts we were supposed to get and were being charged for 4 phones when we only have 2. Not to mention several hidden monthly fees that we were never told about or signed up for. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this place as possible. ~Randall

I was turned away 40 minutes prior to closing for a haircut. If they are going to extend their business hours to closing being at 7 pm and then not doing a simple mens buzz cut in that amount of time prior to closing, it is not appropriate. It would also have been another thing to post that notice on their website of the last time slot in which they are taking clients. I would have not traveled the 30 minutes to visiting this location if I had known this. This was a waste of time and fuel expense for nothing. Very disappointed. ~Jonathan

Usually a good selection of furniture & appliances in house, plenty more they can order. Staff is always friendly and not pushy. The only place to get a fridge same day when it dies on a July morning and you don't have the means to shell out the cash for it. Very helpful & understanding staff. They have a good selection of big game day tvs and Usually have other smaller electronics, game systems, pcs and tablets. A better option then running up debt when you need or want new furniture. ~stacy

I love shopping here. The store is bright, clean and not cluttered. They have a clean restroom. Employees are friendly and ready to help you. I get all of my pet supplies and bird food here weekly. Prices are very comparable to other stores. ~Corinne

Horrible company poor plan options, no unlimited data plan. Overpriced for extra data. Not to mention they are in a court battle with Verizon, and honestly hope they lose. ~Justin
