This is the best coffee shop in the area. First, the owner's and their staff are the most thoughtful friendly people I've ever met at a coffee shop. They genuinely care about every customer and their experience. I've not only experienced personally but see them treat every other customer the same way. On top of that the coffee is amazing! Light-medium roast espresso, not the usual dark burnt espresso you get at most coffee shops. And their prices are super reasonable! On average they're $2-3 cheaper per item than Starbucks or Biggby and it's better quality! I highly recommend you give 32 Social a try!

The atmosphere is absolutely amazing , the owners are so down to earth , the coffee the food its all absolutely amazing i overall have found my favorite coffee shop , the small shop definitely has its own unique spin on things but its absolutely perfect!

MY FAVORITE COFFEE PLACE IN BATTLE CREEK! They have GREAT TASTING coffee, espresso and specialty drinks, very competitive pricing for even franchise coffee places (LESS EXPENSIVE). Their MENU IS SIMPLE to read, with MULTIPLE AND UNIQUE OPTIONS that aren't available elsewhere. They are EASY to ACCESS with PARKING across and along the street. Make sure you GET your COFFEE BEFORE 2PM as they are currently closed afterwards.

Came here today for the first time (Was on my "Want to go" list). To start, the staff are very friendly, both in person and over the phone. It has a very cool, modern interior unlike any coffee joint I've seen so far. It also seems to be a bit cheaper than some of the other nearby coffee joints, depending on what you get. I got a cappucino. It was good, very well balanced! I would definitely return!

The vanilla latte I had today was perfect!! Smooth, Perfect Amount of sweetness and milk to espresso ratio was on point. So happy to have such an amazing small business in the downtown market. If you haven’t tried 32 Social yet you’re missing out on such a gem in downtown.

My friend took me here today to try this place, as it is her favorite (and she is a true coffee connoisseur!). I asked about any sugar free syrups and was told they do not have sugar free, as they make all of their syrups in house. As I was pondering my choices, the barista suggested a latte made with macadamia nut milk. She said there is a natural sweetness to the milk that I might enjoy. I have never had it before, so I said sure!! It was amazing! The coffee was rich and smooth, and the macadamia nut milk was awesome. Loved it. I have a new favorite 😊. I would definitely recommend 32 Social. Pictured is a Mocha in the foreground, the latte behind. Isn’t it a beautiful golden color? And a talented barista as well!

Now I've only been in 3 times but each time was great! The manager has a wonderful "bubbly" personality and loved to talk. The coffee is great and hits hard, I'm not sure if its different from regular coffee but the iced vanilla latte gives me tons of energy. They have a decent variety of breakfast snacks and a different type of coffee for just about anyone. I highly recommend going here and supporting this local business, only down fall is they are closed on sundays. The reason I gave it a 4 star is because they fell into that silly scam of paper straws, which are actually worse for the environment, there are several studies that prove they have a larger carbon footprint in the process of making them.
