We were towing a trailer to the south and had a blow out on the Interstate. We swapped out our spare and limped into the business. We were carrying an additional tire. The manager had a technician swap out another one of our tires for the one we were carrying. They only charged for a "tip" to the tech. They didn't have trailer tires on site, so they point me to one of their competition. These are great and honest guys and I recommend them highly. Service: Tires

I had an issue with a service performed a while ago and had trouble getting it resolved and finally got a hold of Jim who is the new assistant manager and he got me taken care of within a week since they had to order parts. I was out of town with my family when our tire went flat, still 4 hours away from home. We stopped at Car-X to see what the damage was. They found a screw in my tire, unfortunately in the sidewall. Since they didn't have the tire my vehicle needed, they took the time to call around other shops for us. No luck, but we put air in the tire and the seal held until we got home. The employee called me to make sure we got home safely!!! I can't remember his name. Truly amazing customer service, I only wish I lived closer to their shop!!! Service: Tires

I feel taken advantage of when I take my car here. I go to this location because it is close to my house. Emergency visits are when I visit. My air went out and they charged me $300 to fix it. No air today and it was fixed yesterday. They looked at it again today and said it’s another issue and they have to charge me for that. I am so upset because I just paid for services that did nothing to help and they just sent me in my way with a smile. I will never visit this place again. Zero stars from me. Best service I've ever had. Was camping at kings island camp cedar. Upon arriving had a busted belt on rear tire. Went to Car X next morning and team and manager went above and beyond to get me back on road!!!!! Do not hesitate to go here!

I was in the area 5 hours away from home and had a nail in my tire from the night before. Car-X was the only shop that would except a walk in tire repair. Car sat on the lift for an hour a half for a tire repair. The manager(s) were very nice to me and communicated well and even fixed the nail for free due to my wait. However, the technician who performed the tire repair severely scratched my wheel and did NOT balance the wheel after the tire was re-mounted. Due to this I CANNOT recommend this shop for causing damage to my wheel. Service: Tires

Love this place! Very honest, went in for new brakes and was informed IMMEDIATELY that I didn’t need them. Went in there willing to spend $600, and came out with a $20 inspection and a bucket of advice from these experienced mechanics. If you’re in the area, I highlyyy recommend. Thanks guys! Had a flat tire while passing through the area. Called first thing in the morning and spoke to Tony, who was wonderful and kind throughout the entire experience. Everyone there answered all my questions, they'll even let you look at the car and explain the mechanics to you so you don't feel like you're getting tricked out of money. I would recommend this Carx to anyone in the area. Thank you again to everyone (especially Tony and Michael) there for a wonderful job and experience.

I have been coming here for years. They are honest, helpful, and do a great job. I was told by another shop that i needed new rotors and brakes. I Took it to this carx and they checked and cleaned the breaks and said they were fine. And i no longer had the issue. Honesty won me over!!
