I stopped to gas up my vehicle close to empty to a full tank. I had rewards points to use, .17c off/gal. As I was filling up, the pump cut off on me and instructed me to hang up the nozzle. I was only able to get 8.8 gallons, less than half a tank. I went inside to have my issue resolved since the pump cut off prematurely, receipt in hand. I was laughed at and told I could only get .6c off a gallon, that there was nothing she could do for me. That I no longer have .17c off a gallon. I told her I understood but I did not cut off the pump, that the pump prematurely cut off before filling my tank. Her response was "sorry, I can't do anything for you". One of the worst possible customer service experiences I've had in quite a while. With the way the gas prices are raising, you'd think there would be a little more understanding and willingness to assist the customer, but that's clearly not the case here. I stop at UDF a lot between personal and business related fuel stops and pit stops. This one has lost my business. I didn't feel appreciated, like she didn't even care about offering any kind of customer service. Didn't even ask for a manager to see if anything could be done. I worked customer service back in the day and it's went from a "I'll help in any way I can" to a "sorry, can't do anything" mentality, and that's really sad.

This UDF has zero customer service. The staff working on 4/17/22 @ 6:40p. I walked up to the ice cream counter and the girl literally says what do you want? As if I’m bothering her. Not a hi how are you? How can I help you…just a rude what do u want? When I asked HER what specials she had she just pointed to a sign that was on the counter facing away from me and walked away… like first of all the sign was facing away from me and I didn’t even see it at first or else I wouldn’t have asked. But that’s beside the point…even if I did see it I asked her…just rude. I never said anything but some young guy got my ice cream for me and then she checked me out. She handed me my change and never said have a good day or anything. Just rude. I don’t know her from Adam so I guess it’s safe to say she’s just a hater and needs to be re-trained on customer service.

Multiple gas pumps out of order, the one I used could not process debit cards, and no discount for using a U-drive card. I thought all UDFs gave the discount. Well congrats... you got your extra 3 cents a gallon, but I only bought 2 gallons instead of 17.

I can always count on this UDF to have what I need. There is a wide selection of UDF icecream, candy, snacks, drinks, and general supplies. Everything is presented in an orderly and neat fashion. I highly recommend checking out the fresh ice cream and shakes. The chocolate malts are to die for.

Great location and clean restrooms... 4 registers available only 1 used at a time.. Always a 10 to 15 minute wait for check out.. Staffing seems to be an issue..

This is the best UDF which is super huge I have ever seen. They have all the items and gas station as well. The gas is always low rate here as compared to the surrounding ones, and it’s like 8 mins drive off the freeway. Best and cool place in Mason,Ohio
