I stopped to gas up my vehicle close to empty to a full tank. I had rewards points to use, .17c off/gal. As I was filling up, the pump cut off on me and instructed me to hang up the nozzle. I was only able to get 8.8 gallons, less than half a tank. I went inside to have my issue resolved since the pump cut off prematurely, receipt in hand. I was laughed at and told I could only get .6c off a gallon, that there was nothing she could do for me. That I no longer have .17c off a gallon. I told her I understood but I did not cut off the pump, that the pump prematurely cut off before filling my tank. Her response was "sorry, I can't do anything for you". One of the worst possible customer service experiences I've had in quite a while. With the way the gas prices are raising, you'd think there would be a little more understanding and willingness to assist the customer, but that's clearly not the case here. I stop at UDF a lot between personal and business related fuel stops and pit stops. This one has lost my business. I didn't feel appreciated, like she didn't even care about offering any kind of customer service. Didn't even ask for a manager to see if anything could be done. I worked customer service back in the day and it's went from a "I'll help in any way I can" to a "sorry, can't do anything" mentality, and that's really sad. ~JoVonne

This is a review for Walmart pick up at this location. I do my shopping online when is necessary and most of the time I’m satisfied, sometimes they change things because they don’t have what I order, no big deal although it happens every time I have placed an ordered. What I don’t really like is when they give me old stuff, it seems that they put what is about to expire fruit or veggies that are damaged or something that probably is being seated outside the fridge when is not supposed to. Today July 31 2022 I placed an order and they gave me a cheese full of mold. These cheese expires on December so they probably had it outside the fridge for days. Carrots came old and a package of lettuce that expires tomorrow and I already see it’s kind of brown. I know the service it’s free and it’s convenience when we don’t have time to do shopping, but I don’t think is fair expecting one thing and receive another. ~Romyna

Please keep fresh brewed tea available. They run out often. OFTEN. How is it that Thorntons on Tylersville Rd West Chester always has brewed tea and it is a good dark tea. Mason Thorntons constantly runs out and brews its tea too weak. 8/17/2022 update: This location needs to update/replace the part of the fuel pumps that are customer interactive, because of fade, wear and tear. It is hard to see and use required buttons to push. ~Brent

This guy so nice to me and my wife I really love the costumer service from him and the Incenses he sells are amazing come here once and a while every morning or afternoon to get something needed and the cashier is always super kind ~James

Staff has greeted me several times upon entering and asked if I needed help which is good except had couple times they couldn't answer me and walked all over store to find someone else to answer to once again not know. I will say product availability hasn't been an issue for myself, seemed well stocked. Over all cleanliness of store was good. I will say though in outdoor garden area would be nice if you could actually buy a bag of garden soil, top soil or compost that isn't all ripped open in numerous spots. I had to lift and sort through about ten bags before finding one actually sealed. ~Troy

What a cool place tools of all kinds and the staff are genuinely happy and helpful I could not find the product (they were not in stock) but they checked and rechecked then located the product at another store. ~Don

Employee BRAD was extremely rude. I had an issue that another employee (Angel, who was extremely nice and helpful) could not resolve. She asked "Brad" for assistance with my issue and his response was, "I'm busy he's going to have to wait." Well I waited for over ONE HOUR for Brad's assistance and I never got it. Even after Angel repeatedly told him was waiting. Brad never even acknowledged me and continued to talk on the phone. I never got assistance for my problem and left after nearly TWO HOURS in the store. I will never come to this location again. **side note: Angel was polite and helpful, she should run the store... not THAT store, but one I will actually shop at. ~ryan

We were towing a trailer to the south and had a blow out on the Interstate. We swapped out our spare and limped into the business. We were carrying an additional tire. The manager had a technician swap out another one of our tires for the one we were carrying. They only charged for a "tip" to the tech. They didn't have trailer tires on site, so they point me to one of their competition. These are great and honest guys and I recommend them highly. Service: Tires ~William
