Was looking for a few "different" items. Fully expected I would have to order them online from Amazon. Was surprised I found them all here. The staff was very helpful pointing me in the right direction.

Buyers Beware! Did you know that each Lowes charge different amounts for the same item? If that's not bad they will NOT price match with there other stores. I found three different prices, South Lebanon charged me 69.97 for a shade. West Chester wanted 99.97 for the exact same product! Of course I didn't buy it from there. Next I went to the Mason Lowes. They charged me 79.97. Customer service asked the manager for a price adjustment she said no. She didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me directly. I guess this is why I'm a Home Depot shopper!

Refused to move my old appliances to the basement even with me asking if they needed money to do so- which relocation service comes with delivery btw. He Kept saying it's not my job, VERY argumentative & insubordinate with his manager, also telling him the same thing. After his manager told him to do it, he still refused and ran out my house and drove off. Leaving my old appliances sitting in the middle of my fking kitchen floor! Never again will I purchase anything from Lowes again. Home Depot or Menards it is!

Moved to a new house beginning of June and purchased a stove and refrigerator Memorial Day weekend to prepare for the move. Supposed to get the stove, but was notified by the delivery driver it wasn't at the store. The store offered us an "upgrade", but it didn't have the features we wanted. It will be another month before it comes in (hopefully). Nevermind that it didn't take that long to deliver to the store the first time (they just sold it instead of delivering to us). Fridge was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Driver didn't call or confirm address and went to our old house to deliver/install, did NOT go to the address we gave. Rescheduled delivery for today, never showed up. Called the store and the driver had returned it saying "not home." Have a Nest doorbell, he was never here. I STILL have no appliances and no info from Lowes about when I might get them. DO NOT order appliances for delivery and install from this Lowes if you ever want to actually receive them. Edit one month later: they sold the stove from the store for a SECOND time instead of delivering to us.

We had an outstanding experience today picking out plants with Joe from the garden center. He was so helpful, personable, and kind to my young boys, wife, and I. We are excited to come back to see Joe again soon!

I always find what I need for all my diy projects at Lowe's! Everything in the picture for my diy mailbox makeover is from Lowe's. Even the Proven Winners readyfill flowers.

Worst service I ever received. We ordered $5000.00 worth of stuff from Lowe's Mason. I had to call the store multiple times, typing this while on hold for 30+ minutes the fourth time I called this store regarding my order 1) We ordered four things and only three things got delivered and the store is of zero help in locating what happened to my fourth item, they asked me to call the store tomorrow at 6.00 am. What a great response? 2) prior to that we wanted to order the color of the refrigerator we bought, but the associate denied the request very rudely. 3). I had to call multiple times about the delivery, we gave my phone number to call because y husband was out of the country, but they sent a text to his phone instead of mine and gave a four-hour window, we don't even live in that address, and we live 30 minutes from there. So super convenient, go to the address and stay there for four hours till the delivery guys arrive?

One regular checkout open and the four self checkouts and there was a massive line and quite a few employees standing around doing NOTHING! When we finally used the self checkout…there was an issue with the system and the employees standing directly beside me ignoring me! We figured it out my daughter and I… and I will NEVER return to this location again!

Employee BRAD was extremely rude. I had an issue that another employee (Angel, who was extremely nice and helpful) could not resolve. She asked "Brad" for assistance with my issue and his response was, "I'm busy he's going to have to wait." Well I waited for over ONE HOUR for Brad's assistance and I never got it. Even after Angel repeatedly told him was waiting. Brad never even acknowledged me and continued to talk on the phone. I never got assistance for my problem and left after nearly TWO HOURS in the store. I will never come to this location again. **side note: Angel was polite and helpful, she should run the store... not THAT store, but one I will actually shop at.
