Was the worst trip i ever had. A worker told me straight out he wasn't going to help me he didn't care. We was there for almost a hr to return a ladder i rented. Finally a guy with a handy cap got us help just as the store was closing. It made me over the time limit home depot needs to revamp the workers get rid of as$ hole workers

4.9.22: Finally received my washer and dryer purchased in December, 2021. 3. 12. 22: I just received a call from Home Depot delivery..they would be here in 20 minutes with my new washer. I struggled to get the guy to understand that Nick called the day before canceling the delivery. I have lost faith in GE and Home Depot. I truly regret purchasing the new washer and dryer! 3.11.2022 Update: The saga continues. The new replacement, replacement washer and dyer were supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I received the call today informing me the delivery would not take place due to the dryer arriving at the warehouse broken. Seriously? The first dyer arrived at the warehouse broken. How cheaply made is this GE dryer? I am really frustrated with GE and Home Depot. I wish I had never ordered the washer and dryer. I wish I had gone to Lowes! They are promising the replacement, replacement, replacement washer and dryer in 2 weeks. 2.19.2022: The replacement washer and new dryer were supposed to be delivered today. Unfortunately, Home Depot called to let me know they had 2 washers and NO DRYER. FRUSTRATED....YOU BET! I will never buy a major appliance from Home Depot again!!! 1.17.2022: The new washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered today. Unfortunately, the new dryer arrived broken. The delivery guys took no care bringing in the new washer and scratched both sides. I requested they put my old washer and drying back, but they damaged my old washer removing it, and it could no longer be used. 12.2021: Shout out to Lesia in the appliance department for outstanding customer service! I went with my son so he could purchase a washer and dryer for his house. I was so impressed with her knowledge and assistance she offered my son, I purchased a new washer and dryer for myself! 7.2021: Love the friendly, helpful associates in the paint department.

Customer service is horrible, the delivery people made a mistake on our address and would not deliver and install our appliances even though we are still in the delivery timing. We have to wait a week an we don't have a fridge to keep things like milk from spoiling? BEST BUY IS BETTER!!! no compensation was given either!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO AND BUY YOUR APPLIANCES SOMEWHERE ELSE

The tool rental employees have zero customer service skills. If you ask a question they either look at you like you are dumb or answer it attitude. I won't spend another dollar at a home depot again due this experience.

Staff has greeted me several times upon entering and asked if I needed help which is good except had couple times they couldn't answer me and walked all over store to find someone else to answer to once again not know. I will say product availability hasn't been an issue for myself, seemed well stocked. Over all cleanliness of store was good. I will say though in outdoor garden area would be nice if you could actually buy a bag of garden soil, top soil or compost that isn't all ripped open in numerous spots. I had to lift and sort through about ten bags before finding one actually sealed.

I went into home Depot to buy paint. It appears they only sell their own brand. Usually it's hard to find help but this store seemed staffed up pretty good Of course home Depot has a large collection of about anything you need for your home. I found several employees that were very helpful. It seems like the store is organized with good signage in case you have trouble finding something.

My wife and I went to purchase carpet for our home. We met with Frank Trick who was extremely knowledgeable with their product line. I was impressed by the computer simulation of our layout and calculations to reduce waste. Frank educated us on the different carpet qualities, Options for padding and made the process very seamless! This is the first time we purchased carpet and flooring at Home Depot but I’m sure will be back to see Frank as he is a real professional

The service was great. Both the man who helped us with paint. And the lady at the check out. Found everything I needed with the guidence of directions where everything was located. That's why I shop Home Depot instead of Lowe's.

Terrible experience having my appliances replaced. Most around my dishwasher: 1. Delivery guys came in and installed the rest of my appliances (stove, microwave, fridge). They say they can’t install the dishwasher because they need their plummer to come install something first. Okay, no problem. 2. A week later I’m given a 4 hour window when the plummer will be by. I work from home because of course it falls in a very inconvenient time. Guy shows up an hour AFTER the 4 hour window. Didn’t bring an installer with him, so installs a piece that takes 2 minutes and leaves. Says Home Depot will call to schedule the dishwasher installation. 3. After weeks of waiting because they never called, I call Home Depot to set up the installation. Now they tell me too much time has passed and they can’t do the install. They at least refund me the installation and haul away. 4. Luckily I have a friend who can do the install. He does shock himself in the process but was fine. Was a tricky install. 5. I call Home Depot and ask them to haul away my old dishWasher. Seems like the least they could do to make this experience right. I’ve called multiple times and left messages for the appliance manager (Ryan) who won’t call me back. At this point, I’m going to pay someone else to haul it away just to get this dishwasher out of here. But Home Depot has lost a customer for life. Can’t believe the way I was treated after spending thousands of dollars on their appliances.
