Tried to buy Makita oscillating saw. No one there knew what batteries were needed or what blades worked with the saw. When I asked for help I was told that the day person working that department had left and afternoon person was in a company meeting. Nothing like the commercials homdepot runs.

Working on a kitchen remodel, paid for everything upfront now all we can get is the run around from their install team. This is not a good place to use for service. They only employ 1 very unreliable install team.

So far, pretty awful. Trying to get a water heater replaced, but they're making me work way too hard for it. Went to store Sunday and helpful service desk guy entered the request into their system, saying they'd call Monday to set up the order. No call. I called the installer # they gave me: installer never received the request. I called the store, got placed on hold for 15 minutes before I could even talk to someone, then disconnected. Called back and 'zeroed out' to operator who transferred me. Another 10 minute wait then dumped into voice mail. The greeting on the voice mail said "'Work' is not available... please leave a message.' I told them they have 30 minutes to respond or I go to a competitor.
